This amazing 5 bedroom 4 bath pool home can sleep 10 people, and is situated in a small Gated community just 2 miles from Reunion and other nearby championship golf courses.
This home is stylishly furnished throughout with no expense spared on these lovely furnishings.

This single storey home enjoys an open plan living and dining area which leads on to a modern high end kitchen.
The Kitchen includes a breakfast bar and a breakfast table for informal dining and a separate dining area that can be viewed from the kitchen,
seating 6 for when you are looking for something more formal.

From the main living room area you can view the pool, which is obviously great for keeping an eye on the children.

The outdoor pool area is well equipped with sun loungers and outdoor dining area, you can also enjoy the benefits of the spa that is incorporated in the pool.

The Games room has a sitting area, pool table, table tennis and other games to keep both children and adults happy

Fabulous house in excellent location

The house has everything you could need in an excellent location. The pool is amazing and a firm favourite with the children on a rest day from the parks. Games room is a welcome addition too.

Family Holiday

The property was as advertised, well kept, clean & spacious. Just beware, that if you have more than two cars they will not fit in the driveway & you are unable to park on the road. Sharon & her husband were a pleasure to deal with & very knowledgeable about the local area.

House was just as described. Neighborhood is safe and close to freeway. Everyone had their own space and the layout of the house was spacious and not crowded.

Great place! Heated pool and hot tub very disappointing however. Pool and house temperatues controlled by owner via wifi

Hi Ken, Unfortunately the week you were at the house the external temperatures were extremely low on certain days and this can effect the heating. As explained previously on email and as stated in listing this house has a spa not a hot tub so works different. Also heater for pool is not controlled by owner it is set for specific temperature, but is not accessible to guests as this is a safety measure. thanks sharon

Our stay in Disney

Enjoyed our stay in the property, had everything and more we required, felt safe in the gated community. Really enjoyed having a private pool to relax in after hours of walking around the Disney parks. The two small issues that arose Sharon was available and dealt with them straight away with no fuss.

This villa doesn’t disappoint. Fantastic comfortable stay . Very clean . We had an unforeseen problem with a burst pipe on the pool filter but due to the excellent communication from Sharon and Mark the issue was sorted within hours and didn’t impact on our stay. Will highly recommend both of them . Unbelievably helpful

Beautiful Home away From Home,has all needed suplies. Host Sharon was very responsive she answered quickly and accommodated all request to the Best of her ability. We requested an earlier check in and extended our stay and she was able to accommodate request quickly and efficiently.Our Stay was originally 5nights and because of the property comfort we extended our stay for 2 more days. My family and i definitely recommend this property and Host. Very Clean Very Comfortable Very Spacious Thank you Sharon for your great hospitality.

Great stay!

We stayed here for our 1st Disney trip. We had a great time. Plenty of space for our teenage/young adult children to spread out after long hot park days. Good location for us, not too far of a drive from the parks but far enough to get away from the crowds. Peaceful quiet neighborhood. Owners were very helpful when needed. We would definitely stay again. The red light closest to the house holds forever, keep that in mind if you can avoid it lol. And if looking for a good local place to eat, try Ovation Bistro & Bar! Great food! We ate there twice during the week we were there.

Wonderful stay

We have stayed in cypress pointe twice before and love the development, but this was our first stay at this villa and it did not disappoint. First impression upon entering was nice fresh clean smell, always a good start! I'm a bit of a clean freak so check beds etc as soon as I arrive, again all good! We had a couple of very small issues eg the safe wasn't working (needed a new battery) contacted Sharon and heard back from her very quickly followed by Mark arriving the next day to sort all issues and have a good chat offering top tips for alternatives to the usual Parks in Orlando! Great to know a few other things to do on our next Orlando trip. Great pool area, plenty of room and a nice big pool. Very comfortable villa. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you to Sharon and Mark we had a fabulous time!!

Everything is perfect except one thing

We were four adults to go play golf. everything was very good. the house was very clean when we arrived. There were two small things to improve. The television did not work so we had to ask for help with programming. In the advert we were told that there is a bbq but you have to pay extra money to have one, that was a bit special on the part of the owner. For the rest nothing to say everything is perfect

Nice Orlando Pool home

We had a nice stay at this Orlando area pool home. The property was pretty much as described. Plenty of space! The first day the pool was not very warm and the blender was broken- we communicated with the host and she actually showed up the same day within hours to fix to pool heat and give us a new blender!!! Sharon was great! The pool was nice from then on and the spa was even warmer than the pool!!! The house came with plenty of supplies, extra towels, sheets, pool toys, toilet paper, dishwasher & laundry soap. All the TV’s worked great and loved the curve tv in the family room great for watching family movies! Couple things were broken or needed updating but no big deal. The location of the home is pretty good, you definitely need a rental car, but universal was about 30 mins away and the Publix was close about 5 mins with other restaurants close in that area too! Overall our 5 night stay went extremely fast and we had a great time!
