Charming house with lots of style on an exclusive beach
A foot home in the sand, Italian style mixed with rusticity of beach houses in thatched roof surrounded by beautiful tropical garden.
House with 6 suites being two with 4 beds each. All with split air conditioning.
The garden is wonderful, tropical and integrated into a pool and surrounded by the house. The pool can be heated by gas being charged separately.
The beach is in the bay of Ribeira, practically a private beach with limited entrance access or by boat or a fairly narrow road.
A perfect place for family and children.
Very comfortable with a breathtaking look.
The house has a couple of housekeepers with more than 30 years in the house who cook suuuper well in addition to making wonderful drinks. The couple's daily rate is $ 300 and is mandatory. For groups of more than 10 people an assistant will be required for $ 150 a night.
We also offer the option of renting an Italian model Cranchi 37 'motorboat with specialist sailor in the region. There are several islands and paradisiacal beaches to get to know. The daily rate of the speedboat including the sailor is $ 2. 000 excluded diesel.
In the boat garage we have two kayaks and two stand-ups to use.
The Beach is deserted and has calm water empty all year round. At the end of the beach there is a trail to Praia do Flamengo, a must-see program.
