We love the Hilton Head Resort. We enjoyed the beautiful views from the balcony and its location within the resort. Host was easy to communicate with. We appreciate the many hooks within the unit to hang clothing, suits, etc.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was very clean and the view from the balcony was awesome! Bill was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The unit is a little far from the elevators, but that wouldn’t stop us from booking here again.

There was some miscommunication between the host and the cleaning company so when I checked in the condo was not clean. Blankets and sheets were thrown on the floor, everything we needed was thrown on the couch and the fridge was also dirty, one blanket had what looked like blood on it. I cleaned up the best I could. The host was very responsive and had the cleaning company there within an hour to clean and set up the condo the rest of the way. I have been coming here for 8 years and will continue too. I love it here.

We had an amazing stay! The host was very kind and easy to communicate with. Documents sent explained the check in and out process very clearly and answered all questions before they needed to be asked. Rental was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The resort as a whole is also great with lots of activities on site. The indoor pool was on point with the cooler temps during our stay. We absolutely loved the marsh view and being able to see the ocean from the balcony of our room. The walk to the beach on the boardwalk is lovely.Thank you!

It was an okay property, with a few issues from a maintenance standpoint. One elevator was broken, and the hot tub was also out of order. The unit itself could use a remodel, as there was lots of paint bubbling and peeling throughout the units. Also, most of the remotes did not have working batteries for the tv. The other issue is that the bed had a plastic bed protector that made sleeping uncomfortable, and the sheets did not fit the bed very well and kept coming off during the night.

Wonderful week in Hilton Head

We really enjoyed our stay. Owner was extremely responsive and offered flexibility though luckily our stay wasn't affected by storm Debby. Loved the golf course/ lagoon view and Coco's on the beach was awesome too! Highly recommend!

Great place to stay in Hilton Head

Everything was just as listed. Very well stocked, and nice location away from the busier parts of the island but not far away either. The resort has a lot of amenities available too. The property owner is very friendly and responsive. We had a great stay!

Xmas in Hilton Head

Our family spent 11 days at tbe HH Resort over the Xmas break. Condo was great and we enjoyed our time there. Nothing beats a morning walk along tbe beach.

Amazing Property

This was an amazing property that we had a great time staying at. The owner was a pleasure to work with and was very attentive to our request. The property was a great location with many amenities and close to many things to do. The beach bar was awesome as was the many restaurants close by. Can't wait to go back and stay here.
