For private rental is the family's 2,878+ sq.ft. lakeside lodge that sits above a shallow water sandy private beach and swim area easily observed from the lake front or the Lodge deck above. With docking capacity for up to 4 boats, The Lodge was built for large family gatherings as well as for hosting business associates alike. The Lodge is designed with an open concept great room / entertainment area / and kitchen with a separate and distinct "sleeping annex" that provides guests with a quiet environment for a peaceful night sleep while others stay up a little later. The Lodge is supported by a dual-zone private internet network accessible only by guests in addition to a spacious private workspace office that provides those needing a quiet space to read / work / access a 2nd computer monitor. With plenty of room for sleeping and entertaining, The Lodge is ready to support the needs of large families, multi-family get togethers, and executive retreats. Inclusive of 6 inviting bedrooms including 2 owners suites (1 king bed, 1 queen bed, each with 45” smart TV’s), a lakeview suite (1 full bed, 45” smart TV), and 3 bedrooms each appointed with 2 twin beds to accommodate kids or adults, The Lodge can accommodate 12 guests comfortably. With 2 1/2 bathrooms, with the 2 family size bathrooms each set-up for 6 guests and host provided washcloth/hand towel/shower towel for each guest -- guests only need to bring their own lake beach towels. All beds are also equipped with sheets, blankets, pillows, and even extra bed blankets are provided in the accessible hallway linen closet. Each of the 2 - family size bathrooms are located within the bedroom annex of The Lodge and appointed with double vanity, a traditional toilet, full size stand up shower, and spa-inspired package of shampoo / conditioner / body wash / hand soap. Additionally, within each of the 2 full bathrooms guests will find a hand held hair dryer, ample supply of toilet paper, Kleenex, stainless steel touch-less covered trashcan for all non-toilet paper items, and plenty of space for overnight bathroom items to help guests feel right at home.
