Vail Ski Chalet, Awesome! Private Home, Vail tax # 4113

Our Vail Ski Chalet offers your home away from home. On a very private, three-quarter acre, wooded lot that offers spectacular mountain views and stargazing from our private hot tub. We offer two Master suites! The recently renovated lower level Master suite has a king bed and the bathroom includes a steam room shower and heated floors. The second level Master offers a king with new bath as well. The third bedroom offers a private bath as well as a queen size bed. The fourth bedroom that we identify as the loft offers a queen size bed with a twin bunk above it. All of the bedrooms have flat screen TVs. The Family room with its vaulted ceilings and stone gas fireplace offer a relaxing atmosphere to entertain and congregate. The Dining room with its staghorn chandelier seats 8-10. The family room is a terrific venue to watch Football or a movie with a 75'' Frame Smart TV with HD and Sonos surround sound. The Kitchen and Laundry room are stocked with all of the amenities you will need. Everything you could possibly need is here, coffee makers a breadmaker, a cappuccino, latte machine and High Speed internet. Year round access to a gas grill for barbecuing. We would be delighted to set up our twelve foot Christmas tree for you to enjoy for the holiday season as well.

Amazing time in a great location!

Ralph was a great host who provided clear and comprehensive instructions for check-in, stay, and check out. Everything was as-advertised and the home is well appointed. Communication was also great so if we needed anything, Ralph was available to help. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent home for skiing and exploring Vail

The house was amazingly comfortable and communications with the owner were excellent. Relatively close to two bus stops which made getting to the slopes and exploring Vail without having to drive very accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Best house for a group ski trip!!

I stayed here with a big group of my friends for a long weekend, and the house was absolutely perfect! Short drive to ski lifts and Vail Village, incredible hot tub, and great amount of space for a large group. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Spacious property with all the amenities

Host Ralph is awesome and over delivered on the property and communications.We had a wonderful time and the place is amazing and very spacious with TVs in every room, a relaxing hot tub, and bbq grill. Wonderful home in East Vail

A perfect ski house rental with very well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and a great room for family. The hot tub was very nice. Best coat rack for ski jackets and gear that I have encountered. We will definitely be back!

The house was perfect for our family . We loved the view from the couch , hot tub, spacious floor plan and kitchen. It was perfect for our dog and Ralph was great !! We loved the walking access to the dog park and Vail Racquet club and Gore Creek..

Great family get together in Vail

We had a wonderful five day family get-together in Vail; so much to do in the summer. This is a spacious home, in a less busy part of the valley, with excellent bus service just a short walk away. The highlights of this house were: large ceilinged great room and kitchen, good sized bedrooms with three excellent modern bathrooms.

Great family getaway

We very much enjoyed our stay! We had 7 adults, two children and one infant. The house was spacious and very cozy. The new bathrooms were lovely. The only opportunity for improvement was the cleanliness. It was a bit dusty and there were dead flies in the window sills, but besides that, it was a perfect stay! Ralph was very friendly and easy to coordinate with. Thank you!

Good experience!

The owner is a great communicator and the home was perfect for our summer lacrosse tournaments in Vail. Only a few minutes to the fields and a few minutes further to vail village.

Family Weekend in Vail

We had a wonderful family weekend in Vail. The house was lovely - clean, comforable, well stocked kitchen, and perfect location. It was far enough from downtown to be quiet and peaceful (even enjoyed the northern lights !) but close enough for trips into town and grocery shopping. Communications with Ralph were excellent and he was quick to respond when we needed help turning on the heat on a chilly October morning. Overall, it was everything we had hoped for our family weekend and I would recommend the house to anyone looking to visit Vail.

Perfect chalet for a ski weekend with friends! Short walk to bus to vail. Quiet neighborhood. Easy drive to market or grocery store or liquor store. House was clean and perfect and easy to spread out. Ralph also had great communication to make sure everything was going well!

Family Friendly

We had a wonderful time staying at this property! We were three families, which included five children under the age of four. We had plenty of room, the kids loved watching movies in the bunk bed room! The hot tub was just what we needed after a day of skiing. The location was perfect, picturesque and close to the bus stop. We reached out to the owner a few times, he was very responsive and insured we enjoyed the property. Overall, I would highly recommend and plan on staying again in the future!

Abundantly accommodating

We spent 4 nights over Christmas, 8 adults and 1 infant. This was the prefect vacation home! Check in was easy. Owner checked in and was very responsive to communication. The space accommodated us perfectly! We had plenty of room and everything we could have wanted. We enjoyed the hot tub after skiing and cooked big meals together. The kitchen was stocked beyond belief, plentiful large pans and serving pieces. I’d love to stay here again.

Good place for a multi family ski vacation

We were a party of 10 and the home fit us comfortably. Parts of it were dated but much was updated. The kitchen was huge and easy for a large group to bustle around in. It was very well stocked. The owner was quick to respond when we had an issue with the heat and got it resolved. Ralph made himself easily available to us from booking through checkout. The shuttle to Vail resort was convenient and just a short walk away. Overall I would recommend the place.

Fabulous Chalet

This vacation home was wonderful! Beautiful setting in a very lovely neighborhood. The home had a great open floor plan that allowed our family of 9 to gather without ever feeling crowded or cramped! The family room had a two story wall of windows that gave us a great view. The kitchen was very well appointed and generously sized making meal prep a real pleasure. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nicely updated and roomy. The loft space was an unexpected cool surprise for 3 cousins, and they loved having their own unique space. We especially loved the exterior of this home. We spent many hours on the large back deck where we enjoyed the grill, hot tub, fire pit, and beautiful scenery. We loved watching the deer that would frequent the backyard. We also enjoyed going to Bighorn Park, which was a quick 8 min walk from the home. Another perk of the property was having a bus stop 5 minutes away. It allowed easy access to Lionshead and Vail Village without having to worry about driving and parking. The vacation home was wonderful and we look forward to staying there again. As an added bonus, the property owner Ralph was very kind and welcoming and went out of his way to make sure that we had what we needed during our stay. He was very responsive and answered questions or offered suggestions when needed -we couldn’t have been more impressed with his attentiveness! Truly a great vacation rental experience all the way around!
