Ficamos hospedados por 9 dias, no período do Ano Novo. Estávamos em 8 adultos e um bebê de 1 ano. Nossos dias foram perfeitos. O imóvel é limpo, espaçoso e possui todos os utensílios e equipamentos de cozinha. Ar condicionado nos quartos, que é essencial. O Rogério (anfitrião) foi muito atencioso e prestativo desde o início da contratação até o último dia. Aproveitamos bastante as disponibilidades do condomínio (completo com muitas opções). Há um excesso de abordagens dos funcionários para ressaltar as regras de uso, o que aborrece um pouco, mas dá para entender pela quantidade de pessoas que circulam no local. A regra sobre receber visitas, mesmo que pontualmente, é chata. Pois temos que pedir autorização do anfitrião, que por sua vez envia para a portaria os nomes dos visitantes. Apesar o procedimento chato, o Rogério foi muito rápido, cordial e atencioso nas vezes que pedi. Então acabou sendo tranquilo. A praia é bem perto e a estrutura de guarda-sol e cadeiras é sensacional. Muito organizado. Agradeço muito!

Rogério é um excelente anfitrião que cuida de todos os detalhes, inclusive no pós check out. O apartamento é maravilhoso, possui uma ampla sacada com uma bela vista, além de ser estruturada com churrasqueira, mesa para refeição, confortável sofá. O apartamento é muito bem conservado, extremamente limpo, com todos os utensílios que necessitamos e bem localizado, muito perto da praia. Rogério nos ofereceu desde um mapa detalhado de como chegar ao apartamento e á praia até detalhes de funcionamento do condomínio. Além disso, após o check out, foi super gentil ao trazer de volta para Sao Paulo, alguns pertences que esqueci no apartamento. Agradeço pela atenção do Rogério que não se limitou ao período da nossa estada. Muito obrigada! Parabéns pela atenção aos detalhes!
