The space
This newly renovated, single story rambler has 2 large living room spaces, a large open concept kitchen, with an island bar and coffee bar. There are 4 bedrooms. A king bedroom, queen bedroom with a crib, another queen bedroom and a bedroom with a lofted full bed and a twin trundle. There is a full air mattress, as well as a couch bed in the front living room that turns into a full. The primary bedroom has its own sliding door to the backyard, as well as its own private bathroom and separate changing room space. The large backyard is newly turfed, surrounded by fruit trees and includes a bbq, 2 hammock chairs and an outdoor dining table and chairs.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the whole home and backyard. The driveway is shared with the garage apartment. Access to the garage apartment is through the backyard. However, the garage unit does not use the backyard for recreation.
