Angel Inn the Sand is a Beach front, Ocean Front Property in beautiful New Smyrna Beach, Florida, about 20 minutes south of Daytona Beach and 1 hour east, northeast of Orlando. Angel Inn the Sand offers a relaxing atmosphere for your next vacation, long weekend get-away, or seasonal stay. We have many returning guests so our calendar for Winter and Summer fills up about 8-12 months in advance for popular times!

We are now advertising each individual unit and you can book online via Home Away and VRBO! This allows for almost instant booking (24 hours) with up-to-date calendars and ease of payments. We still rent both the entire house and individual units. To view the entire house rental please refer to Home Away listing ##374073 for it's availability.

This listing is for the TURTLE Unit located downstairs north. TURTLE Unit is a 2 bedroom 2 bath that is very spacious @ 1250 sq. ft! Much larger than any condo you will find on the beach.

We offer a full kitchen stocked with basic sugar, spices, etc. Our dining area seats 4-6 people. The living room has a giant picture window facing the north with beautiful views and the entire living room opens up to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean with large sliding glass doors to our outdoor patio which has comfortable seating and outdoor dining tables & chairs.

The bedrooms are set up as 1 king room with a detached bathroom and the second back bedroom has two queen size beds with an ensuite bathroom. We supply comfortable, soft linens and hotel quality towels, bath soap, shampoo and conditioner, hair dryers and irons.

One of the best amenities is that you can walk directly onto the beach from the back patio. We also provide a variety of beach chairs, beach toys and beach towels located in the shared laundry facility. The greatest amenity is the beach front location, with the world's most beautiful beach at your doorstep.
We also have some covered parking in our large parking lot.

Other amenities include flat screen TV’s with Direct TV and complimentary wireless internet.
We are walking distance to Flagler Avenue which is the most popular destination in New Smyrna with shops, restaurants, bars and boutiques located just .08 miles from our door. Rent bikes or golf carts to ride on the beach, golf, fish, surf lessons, we have it all! Just enjoy your stay!

Most of the year we offer a 3-night stay however end of May to mid-August we implement 7-night stay with Saturday to Saturday turnover.

Please note you must be 25 years or older to rent and stay at our house, proof of age may be required. We ask that you do not leave unattended children overnight at our property. We are a family owned and operated business.

Whether you want a relaxing weekend getaway or the perfect family reunion Angel Inn the Sand is the perfect location and one of the most affordable beach front properties in New Smyrna Beach!

We also offer up to 6-weeks stay & monthly rentals from January to April for those wanting the perfect get-away from the cold!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check out time is 11 am. On your checkout day please take all garbage to the cans by the street. Remove used sheets & pillow cases from the beds and place them in the tubs with all used towels.
Please leave bedding quilts and blankets on the bed. Please wash any dishes you may have used & make sure TV remotes are placed by each TV. Remember to check for personal belongings!
We do have a gratuity envelope for our housekeepers as they work hard to help make our Angel Inn clean and comfortable for your stay so don't forget about them!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please DO NOT move the security cameras or the security lighting. It is against the law to shine household lights on the beach due to turtle nesting.
Maximum capacity allowed on the upper deck is 12 people. Please do not lean on or over the railing, this is for your safety.
Please respect our house and furnishings. If you break something, please let us know, thank you!

The house is Awesome. The location is Awesome. The beach and view is Awesome The host Terri is super Awesome. So I guess you could say we give it an 5***. And now there added Golf Cart rentals on site. Oh ya the restaurant within 2-3 miles are “ guess what” - yes they are awesome. Check out The Garlic - If you Like Italian food. Never some a restaurant like it even in Italy.

Location! Location!

Stayed 3 weeks in the bottom north unit. The views of the ocean were awesome! Unit was in a perfect location. Close to restaurants, shopping and grocery store. Everything in walking distance. Dog friendly and a short drive to the dog beach Owners were very accommodating, even getting a tv for our 2nd bedroom. Definitely will stay again. Thanks!!!

First, full disclosure here, we are interior designers and make a living designing beautiful homes. This place has an excellent location with lots of potential. The owners have taken care to make sure it's clean and well appointed. It's good for families with kids. However, if you are looking for comfortable beds and pillows or updated style, this is not your place.

Perfect Family Vacation

We had an amazing stay! We wanted a place on the beach that was pet friendly. This checked all the boxes and more . The outdoor patio was a huge added bonus. We were able to enjoy the beach atmosphere with our dogs right by our side. We were able to enjoy the beautiful sunrise each morning right from the patio. The added bonus of having access to a washer/dryer and beach chairs and umbrellas was great. We took advantage of the golf cart rental which was a lot of fun. New Smyrna Beach is a beautiful location with everything close by.

The Turtle unit

Our only regret is that we could not stay longer. However, we do plan to return! The ocean was directly outside our door with an unobstructed view! Our unit was clean and very well appointed.

This property is right on a quiet part of the beach, but also near 2 main roads in New Smyrna Beach. There are lots of places within walking distance. The unit we stayed in was very clean and well stocked. We stayed on the ground level and still had a great view of the ocean. The owners were very friendly and helpful. For dog lovers: Smyrna Dunes Park, a 10 minute drive, is a pet friendly park with 3 dog beaches. We plan on return visits.

Proposal day!

My boyfriend chose this Vrbo to pull off the perfect wedding proposal. The condo was super cute and spacious with 2 large bedrooms and a living room facing the stunning ocean views. Beach Family Birthday

Our family stayed here to celebrate our granddaughter's birthday. The location and access to the beach are great and the hosts were very responsive. To be honest, it was not that clean. The ceiling fans were VERY dirty and there was a tissue left on the floor in the corner of the primary bedroom. That was my primary concern.

The condo is beautiful. Lots of space to spend time with family. The condo was clean and conveniently located. Unfortunately we were downstairs and we could hear EVERY footstep, jump and thump and there were so many. Sitting on the porch was unpleasant with debris falling from the overhead balcony. When we return (and we will) we will be sure to book the upstairs unit!

Awesome Beach House

Awesome vacation getaway on great beach. House was clean with beautiful views and easy access to restaurants,shops, nicely furnished. Parking a little of a problem but workable with cooperation with other guests. Four units 2 on top and one on the side didn’t cause any noice or other problems. Only negative and it’s not a big deal but broken thin plastic ceiling slats in bathrooms were annoying. Highly recommend.

That's right, it was me, Elvis the cat. I slept here because my owners took me on vacation with them. I used the 2nd bedroom and slept under the queen beds there. The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. I especially enjoyed lying on the area rug in front of the glass sliders as the sun came up over the ocean each day, basking in the warmth. The view was wonderful, as I watched as the geckos and various bird wandered by. My owners slept in the big room on the king bed. The entire stay was purr-fect. I hope they take me back again next time they come. I give it 5 paws for a rating!

Really enjoyed the convenience of the location, direct access to the beach, and next to one of the vehicle access ramps to drive on the beach, making it convenient for friends to join right outside the house. We will be back!

The location was AMAZING. The decor was super nice. The bedrooms get really hot, specially back bedroom. Had to go buy fans. Also might want to think about putting something up under deck so when it rains people in lower units can still sit out there and enjoy. Would love to come back

We got married at Angel Inn the Sand shortly after purchasing the property in October 2013. We hope to one day live at this location but in the meantime we want to share the spectacular views and beautiful sunrises with all that stay with us as our guests.

Why they chose this property

We bought this property to share the ocean views with everyone that visits. The best part of the house are the views and being located right on the beach. It's an amazing place to stay!!

What makes this property unique

The house itself is so unique and special....you will just have to come stay and see for yourself! The views are spectacular and we allow you to bring your pet family as well. We don't go anywhere without ours and would not expect you to either!
