This home is a short walk down to the ocean (about 325 yards) and will offer the most beautiful Sunset Views from the upper deck which overlooks the pool too. The spacious open floor plan on the upper level invites everyone to gather in the great room and flows right into the kitchen and nook eating area with seating for 10, there is a half bath, and the recently updated Pergo flooring couples nicely with the original exposed wood ceiling. 2 Keurig coffee makers and 2 full size refrigerators. Very well appointed house

Beautiful home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just spent a wonderful week with friends in this house. It provided plenty of space for 7 adults with lots of room to spare!! Very clean, nicely updated, wonderful game room and outdoor pool area. The patio sliding glass door out to the pool could probably be repaired or replaced (it's a tough slider) and we would recommend renting a golf cart -- if only for assistance to/from the beach (although it is also a fun way to get around town). The walk to the beach is not a far (maybe 200 yards to the sand dune), which isn't bad but it is a gravel/stone road and in the heat/humidity by the time you get the to dunes it can be quite exhausting, especially if pulling a cart -- and then there is the hike up and over the sand dune in very soft sand...definitely a workout -- so the golf cart was definitely a plus in transporting us and our belongings to the beach! With that said, we highly recommend this rental and would most definitely rent this house again.

Location was good, sunsets off top deck were awesome. Kitchen stocked for eat in guests eager to cook. All bedrooms were top notch. Great house overall!
