- NOTE: 4WD and snow tires are REQUIRED in the winter months as the driveway is long with steep switchbacks leading to the property. AWD at a minimum is required in the fall and spring months and recommended for summer as well
- NOTE: The property covers 40 acres and is reached via a dirt road, which partially lies within its boundaries. In spring and fall, mountain weather can be very unpredictable and can make access to the property challenging which is why we recommend 4WD and at a minimum AWD
