Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please remove all sheets & towels and place in the laundry baskets. Please leave all shams, comforters & mattress pads on beds. Please fold all extra blankets & return to closets.
Please return deck chairs to their original location. Please close and lock all windows/sliding glass door. Please set thermostat to 74 degrees (Summer) & 55 (winter).
Please remove all garbage and place in outside containers Do a last walkthrough to check for any personal items. Leave 2 parking passes on kitchen island. Put keys back in lockbox.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The condo was exactly as described in the listing—spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.The interior was cozy yet modern, with large windows that allowed us to see the ocean. We have stayed at condos in the past and they were noisy and we could hear people walking above us, we didn't experience that here. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and appliances, making it easy to prepare meals. They also provide plenty of spices for cooking. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the bathrooms were well-maintained, and clean. Walking to the beach was quick and easy and on the way back there is a shower with a hose to wash off the sand. Communication with Jeff was great and responded quickly. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful beach retreat and steps away from the ocean.
