Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please remove all sheets & towels and place in the laundry baskets. Please leave all shams, comforters & mattress pads on beds. Please fold all extra blankets & return to closets.
Please return deck chairs to their original location. Please close and lock all windows/sliding glass door. Please set thermostat to 74 degrees (Summer) & 55 (winter).
Please remove all garbage and place in outside containers Do a last walkthrough to check for any personal items. Leave 2 parking passes on kitchen island. Put keys back in lockbox.

Condo was as advertised and expected. This was our first time visiting Emarld Isle, definitely recommend if your wanting a mich slower paced vacation. The host is very responsive and accommodating.

The condo was just perfect for our long weekend on Emerald Isle. Everything was just lovely. The kitchen was well stocked along with the bathrooms and linens. We loved hanging out on both porches and used the beach chairs they provided. Can't wait to go back!

We have went on many trips and this was by far the cleanest house we’ve ever stayed at. The host was easily accessible and communicated quickly with any questions I had. The house is fully stocked with everything you need for a beach trip. From toilet paper to beach towels they had it all there for you. Very thoughtful on what is left for the guests to use, which speaks volumes in today’s world!!! Will definitely book with this host again when visiting in the future!!

The condo was in even better shape than we expected. My wife is a big germophobe and kept commenting on how clean it was. Has a great view of the ocean being on the 2nd floor even though its set back a bit from the beach. The boardwalk from the condo to the beach made getting in and out super easy. This place was perfect for a family of 4 with plenty of room to hangout inside. It was a 10 minute drive to anywhere on the island with convenient sidewalks if you choose to bike/walk/run. The owners were easy to contact and responded quickly. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Our stay at Between the Blue was absolutely perfect. Its such a cute place, with all the beach touches throughout the condo. There was alot of thought put into the decorating and providing the right amenities that tenants need when renting a condo at the beach. Cleanliness is super important to me and little things like the couch felt and looked clean to me :) Last but not least, the location was perfect and was an easy walk to the beach. It is a end unit, which was awesome. There are only 2 buildings that used our beach access and therefore our beach area was not crowded, which we loved! We will definitely be renting again!

The best by far! We have used VRBO several times over the past few years. This home is beautifully decorated and cozy. The home is beautifully maintained. It is a short walk to the beach using the on property board walk. The beds are comfy and all areas are modern and up to date. We love that there are both views of the bay and the beach. Parking was plentiful and the community pool is near the condo entrance. Our host was incredibly quick to respond and made sure we knew all of the great places to eat and play. The condo was filled with games and sand toys to use as well. We will for sure be booking this place again!!!! It was a truly wonderful and relaxing trip. Already looking forward to our stay next year. We truly did not want our stay to end.

The condo was exactly as described in the listing—spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.The interior was cozy yet modern, with large windows that allowed us to see the ocean. We have stayed at condos in the past and they were noisy and we could hear people walking above us, we didn't experience that here. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and appliances, making it easy to prepare meals. They also provide plenty of spices for cooking. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the bathrooms were well-maintained, and clean. Walking to the beach was quick and easy and on the way back there is a shower with a hose to wash off the sand. Communication with Jeff was great and responded quickly. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful beach retreat and steps away from the ocean.
