Very clean, quiet, 3/4-acre adorable getaway, near Strip/Downtown

Holiday and special-event fees are not included in VRBO/HomeAway quoted prices and will be added to your quote. Holiday and special-event fees are a flat-rate fee for your entire stay and range from $75 to $250 per stay depending on the holiday or special event.

Week night rate is increased by $25 per night if guest is not staying for at least 1 weekend night.

This fully gated lovely home is 1450 square feet with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bedroom has one queen bed and en suite bathroom. The very large other bedroom has 2 queen beds, and two dressers, similar to many hotels.

The home is on 3/4 acre in a rural estates area, very near West Oakey Boulevard and South Jones Boulevard in a well-established custom home area of Las Vegas.

There are actually 2 units on the 3/4 acre property. The other property is a completely detached studio/garage at the back of the property. It is about 50 feet from the main home and is a completely separate rental. Guests may rent the main home and/or the studio if both are available or either one separately. The studio has a separate listing number (7556922) and separate fees. Please ask about the studio if you are also interested in it or want more information.

The entire property is completely fenced and has a small grass area in the front. There is a back patio area with barbecue and patio table and chairs. The home is set back from the street, so there is NO traffic.

The famous Las Vegas Strip is a very short distance from the home--3 to 4 miles--and very easily accessible from the vacation home. Shopping at world-famous shops for everything that you can imagine is just as close. The Las Vegas Convention Center is 5.8 miles (12 minutes in moderate traffic).

The home has lots of room for parking, and you can park your car right at the front or back door. There is also a wireless Internet connection as well as 3 televisions.

Someone is routinely available to help you with anything that you need while you are in the home.

Amenities include Internet and Wi-Fi access, dishes, ice maker, filtered refrigerated drinking water, dish towels, dishwasher & detergent, washer & dryer with detergent, bath towels, pots, pans, cooking utensils, serving dishes, toaster, blender, linens, iron & ironing board, hair dryers, coffee maker, coffee, tea, and condiments for your first few days, etc.

The home is convenient for golfing, Red Rock Canyon, the Las Vegas Strip, Downtown Las Vegas, shopping, Hoover Dam, Mount Charleston, and many other famous sites that you may want to visit.
