Bright and open with heart pine beadboard, a cozy couch, and a 55" 4k TV with soundbar. Three big windows offer views of the neighborhood park.
Kitchen:
Modern and fully equipped with shaker-style cabinets, butcher block countertops, a 5-burner gas stove, Bosch dishwasher, LG refrigerator, and a stacked LG washer/dryer.
Bedroom:
Features a queen-sized bed, exposed brick chimney, full-length mirror, and ample storage with custom-built shelving.
Bathroom:
Spacious and updated with floor-to-ceiling marble tile, a large shower, antique vanity with a square sink, and privacy blinds on a large window.

This neighborhood is a private retreat, steps to the beach and dining. The old growth oak streets make a great shaded place to walk. 5 min walk to the King and Prince and 15 min walk to the Pier Village.
What makes this property unique
Flat B has a very unique historic charm, with floor-to-ceiling heart pine bead board, transom windows above the bedroom door. The private entrance opens into a hallway that connects the open concept kitchen and living area, the bedroom, and the bathroom.
The bathroom has a wall mount floating vanity with a square basis sink. The bathroom has a full size shower with floor-to-ceiling marble tile surround and a dual-head shower head. The bathroom has a transom ceiling window that vents to the outside.
Also off of the main hallway is the kitchen and living area. The renovated kitchen has a modern flair with shaker style cabinets and a butcher block counter top. The appliances are high-end and updated with a 5 burner gas stove, Bosch dishwasher, and LG refrigerator. There is a stacked set of Samsung front-load washer dryers with a console utility closet. There is a glass kitchen table with hand made acorn wood legs and chairs.
The attached living area has a modern L-shaped couch and a reading nook. There is ample seating for 4-5 people with a nice viewing angle of the 55" HDR Roku TV. Netflix and Xfinity cable are provided and all TV functions can be operated with one simple remote.
The bedroom has a cherry wood bedroom furniture with a unique gentlemen chest with a space for hanging and drawers for clothes.
We use tankless natural gas heaters that provide continuous hot water. The AC is a new mini-split system that provides ample cooling on hot summer days and heat on winter days.
We strive to provide a high level of attention to detail. You find the apartment is immaculately clean and has a nice lived-in feel, with personal touches like art and books that we have enjoyed. We also provide high quality bedding and linens and a nice moderately-firm foam mattress to relax and sleep in. Backpack beach chairs and beach towels are included. The beach is just 1-blocks away making it easy to come back for lunch or a bathroom break.
