Major's Toy Box - Amazing Home Havasu Landing

Welcome to one of the most spectacular homes in Havasu Landing. Bring your family, friends and recreational toys as there is plenty of room in this 3-bedroom, 2 full bathroom, 1,400 square foot Lake home. Located on the third row from the lake on an elevated position, you have a spectacular 180-degree view of Lake Havasu. The wrap around patio has a pool table, dart board and plenty of room for a friendly game of Corn Hole.

The interior of the house is beautifully furnished. The main living area features a gigantic U-shaped sectional sofa and a 70” 4K TV with surround sound. The kitchen has granite counter-tops with bar stools for socializing while preparing meals. Ice maker in the garage. The master bedroom has a king size bed with its own private bathroom. The bathroom was just completely remodeled and includes a skylight. The second bedroom has twin over full bunk bed with a pull-out trundle bed. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and a twin over twin bunk bed also with a pull-out trundle. The second full bathroom has also been recently remodeled and has a skylight for great natural light.

Havasu Landing Marina is a protected cove with boat slips and a launch ramp with three lanes. The marina offers 24 Hour fuel, boating supplies and sundries.

In case you forgot to bring anything, Havasu Landing offers a fully stocked grocery store that includes a bakery and deli. There is also a hardware store and gas station conveniently located near the marina boat ramp.

When it’s time to take a break from the sun, try your luck at the casino that has over 200 Slot Machines and table games that include Black Jack and 3 Card Poker. The Casino is located next to the marina and faces beautiful Lake Havasu.

The Landing also offers two locations for dining. The TUKUKAN Restaurant located in the same building as the Casino serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Sail Inn conveniently located just outside the guard gate also serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Both locations offer a full bar.

And if you left enough room in your suitcase for a recreational vehicle there are hundreds of miles of desert riding trails that are on Chemehuevi and BLM land.

For $4 you can take the Ferry across the lake to Lake Havasu City for more fun. The Ferry runs every hour. Please see the full schedule on their website.

The pictures really do not do this house justice. There is so much room for a lot of people. There's games, pool, darts and even a sweet grill. Just a short 60 second walk to the water too. Fantastic house. Highly recommend.

This house is absolutely amazing! The view and location are both incredible. We had 10 guests and all slept comfortably and had plenty of room. The house comes with so many fun games that allowed us to have fun outside and enjoy the warmth. Michael was so welcoming and answered any and all questions we had very quickly. What a great property! So much for my teen boys to do and the views are top notch. But let’s talk about the important things:Cleanliness: 10/10. I’m pretty picky but this place was seriously spotlessComfort: 10/10. The mattresses are super comfy and the pillows were so great I almost wanted to take them home with me.Kitchen: 10/10. Was very well stocked. Had absolutely everything I needed and it was spic and spanBathroom: 10/10. Water pressure is perfect, towels were absorbent and they have little black make up towels which I always appreciate so I don’t have to annihilate the clean white towels. Outside: 10/10. The deck, and all the furniture was very clean, the view was incredible, and although we didn’t use them There is a mister system, which would likely be incredible on some of the hot days.We will absolutely be coming back to a Majors Toy Box! Fun n games

We had a great time here. The house is in a nice location, quiet with a terrific view of the lake and the city. You even have a great view while you’re cooking in the kitchen. The house is clean and spacious and we had a relaxing time playing some games out on the deck. The nearby market has plenty of options, and the ferry to the other side of the lake leaves from a marina just a few minutes drive away. We rented a pontoon boat and got to explore a little further as well. We would definitely recommend this house if you’re looking for a fun, relaxing time at Havasu.

AMAZING HOME!

Before our trip even began, Michael was in communication with me about the check in process as well as gave us a lot of great info about the property and community that helped us prepare from where to park boats, extra cars, where to dump trash etc. When we arrived, checking in was super easy, and the home was SUPER clean. Fully stocked kitchen that made our week stay so perfect. The kids and adults loved all of the games and living space outside on the wrap around deck. Central AC worked great, and each room even has another separate unit for extra cool off if needed. If you’re thinking about booking this home for your vacation, don’t hesitate it’s perfect and we will be back!

What makes this property unique

Our home has a large parking area just below the patio that has enough room to park a 35 foot RV. Also available is a single wide 40 foot long garage you can use to park vehicles or dirt toys while you are there.
A pool table is available along with a dart board, shuffleboard and corn hole game for your enjoyment.
