About this property

Mountain View Cottage can accommodate 8 adults with its four bedrooms that all have queen size beds. There are two bathrooms that each have a tub/shower combo and a large jacuzzi tub. The main floor of the cottage has an large open floor plan that includes your kitchen, dinning room, and living room. The down stairs open floor plan includes a large game room where all games are free to play. Out back you will find a large hot tub under a gazebo, a charcoal grill and a picnic area. There is also a large yard where children can run and play. On the front porch you will find benches where you can sit and enjoy the mountain view! MUST BE 30 or older to rent!

Great house

Great house to stay! Quiet neighborhood and beautiful view. Felt very safe. Loved the hot tub and the kids loved the games in the basement. We really enjoyed our stay.

Last Minute Weekend Trip

We loved the location. We visit the area 2-3 times a year on average. Being far enough from the tourist areas to enjoy peace and quiet with being close enough to take advantage of the busier areas is always a plus. This location was great with having a grocery store less than 10 minutes down the road as well as Nino's Pizza which has become one of our favorite spots since we found it last year. The cabin set up was great. Plenty of room for our family of 7. The walkout basement area worked well for the kids with the pool table and air hockey table for them to take advantage of as well as having space to lounge around when they chose to do so. Kitchen space worked well as we like to do a big breakfast when staying in cabins. Communication with owners were very easy. Access to the cabin is simple, no issues of mountain roads to deal with for those who may be concerned with that. Honestly, the only negative we had (which really wasn't a big deal) is the mattresses were very firm which took getting used to when compared to our mattresses at home (but it is always hard to find beds as comfy as what we have at home to be honest). Besides that our crowd loved our short stay. Only other recommendation I would make would be a fire pit area outside. Kids did enjoy getting use of the hot tub area outside but with the cool nights we had for our stay, a fire pit would have been great to enjoy outside. This is definitely a spot we would not hesitate to stay at again in the future.

Had a wonderful stay!

The cottage was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We really enjoyed the hot tub and game tables. All the questions we had prior to our stay were answered promptly by the owner. Our teenage son complained that the wifi was too slow, but he survived :) We had no issues and would stay again if we ever return to the area!

Great relaxing trip after the holidays!

We had a wonderful stay; our teens claimed the downstairs as soon as we arrived! Hot tub and jetted tub were both very relaxing. Cabin is just a short ride to all of the tourist attractions, and close to several grocery stores.

Mountain View Cottage is located just outside Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, which gives you access to most anything within ten to fifteen minutes from your cottage. MUST BE 30 or older to rent!
