To the right of the sitting room is the bonus room with a large Smart TV. This opens onto the shaded back porch; perfect for grilling or just enjoying the beautiful Charleston weather.

Log into your favorite streaming service on the large-screen Smart TV. Enjoy listening to your favorite music with the Bluetooth record player.
Cook dinner in the fully outfitted kitchen, or enjoy takeout from one of the many world class restaurants nearby on the back patio! Relax in the lush backyard and enjoy the swing or hammock while you play lawn games.

There is a park, dog park, and community center a mile away. Just down the road is the neighborhood boat ramp


Pets welcome with a $100 pet fee! Please respect our pet policy - no pets on furniture and please clean up after your pet.
