Enjoy a variety of fabulous amenities, including air conditioning, heating, a fully equipped kitchen, in-suite laundry, and building perks like a fitness room, indoor pool, sauna, and hot tub. Whether you’re here for a concert, a game, or to explore the city, you’ll love the convenience and comfort of our apartment. We look forward to hosting you! To keep the space cool in summer, the apartment has 1 portable AC unit and 2 fans. For best results, please keep the curtains closed during the day as the large windows can let in a lot of heat.

House Rules:
• Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am to respect our neighbors.
• No smoking or vaping inside — violation will result in a $500 USD fine.
• No storage for bikes, and bikes are not allowed inside the apartment.

You’re welcome to enjoy the building’s amenities, including the pool, sauna, and garden areas. Please note that drinking alcohol, smoking, or vaping is not permitted in these shared spaces, and we ask that you always be respectful of others using the facilities. Smoking or vaping in the building areas is strictly prohibited and will result in a $1,000 fine.

This property was great for my family of four in town for a show at Roger’s Arena. So easy to get to the show - just walk across the street! Unit was clean and beds were comfortable. Great neighborhood with lots of restaurants within walking distance.

The property is very conveniently located - right in the middle of the downtown Vancouver. It noisy with the sky rail being very close to unit, especially when the windows are open for the portable AC is operating.

It was unbearably noisy because of Sky Train and not even noise cancelling ear phones helped. The train runs almost 24 hours. You would need exhaustion or sedation to sleep. Apartment was very hot when it was only 22 C. outside. The fans and blinds were poor quality. The suite would be uninhabitable in the summer. I had to contact customer support to get check-in instructions and then, they were inadequate. There was no Wifi or television information. The host did not tell the cleaner that we would be dropping off luggage prior to check-in time. The cleaning was inadequate (hair in the bath tubs). There are some insects in both bathrooms and a silverfish was seen in the living room.
