This home is one of 3 on a 400 gated acre estate . It has a kitchen, 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms. Main floor bedroom has a king bed and bathroom which is shared with the home. Upstairs bedroom has king bed, other upstairs bedroom has a twin bed and a queen bed in the same room. The upstairs bathroom has a toilet and sink but no shower or bath.
The home as a deck facing west so the sunsets are amazing from here. The estate has 5 miles of private hiking trails which will be shared with the other buildings on the estate. This home also has a new hot springs hot tub for relaxing soaks!

Cozy and Beautiful Cottage

Ben was pleasant to deal with throughout the booking and reservation process. Arturo helped us check in from the gates entrance and throughout our walkthrough. The cottage is even nicer in person than the photos reveal. Very clean, no personal items and good Wi-Fi. Very nice staff and I would recommend this property

Why they chose this property

This 400 acre private gated estate is one of the premier estates in Vermont. The cottage offers privacy but other guests may be guests in the other buildings. To insure complete privacy the entire estate would need to be rented. The pool is not included with this rental.
