I love my neighborhood. Neapoli and Exarcheia. Exarcheia is the intellectual corner of Athens. It's where students, artists, and activists live. The walls are covered in some of the most politically charged and beautiful street art in the world. I love the sense of community here. It's a place that fiercely protects its values of solidarity and freedom of expression. And amidst all that, you'll find hidden gem cafes, amazing bookstores, and a nightlife that's authentic and uncommercial. It’s never, ever boring.
What makes this property unique
Our apartment is not a place made for renting out to visitors. We made it for our family and picked every piece one by one. As we go to Athens only for a few days a year, we're happy to host like-minded travelers who like to live the local life in Athens while staying close to the busy center and sightseeing.
