This charming property features 1 cozy bedroom with a queen bed and a sofa bed in the livingroom, along with a well-equipped bathroom complete with a bidet. Guests can enjoy the pleasant central AC, and heating during their stay. The kitchen is fully equip to exercise your culinary skills utilizing the gas range. The bathroom has all the essentials to get clean, you only need a toothbrush. Please note, no parties or gathering are permitted on this property. We're happy to assist with any questions during your stay.

This was a great place to stay in the Southside of Pittsburgh. Super clean and comfortable with a fully stocked kitchen. Found plenty of local eating spots within easy walking distance. Would definitely recommend

The stay was good. Initially got sent the wrong password for the door and got locked out. However, we got in after a little wait. The listing is somewhat inaccurate. There is only one bedroom which could sleep two. The couch in the living room could be used, but wouldn’t recommend for family trips due to couch being right by front door and no child proof locks/chains. Only two kitchen chairs. Good place to stay with 2-4 adults on a short stay if they don’t mind sleeping on the couch. Host was easy to contact and replied fairly quickly. Everything was clean except for the bedroom closet where there was white dust from renovations. Couldn’t hang up clothing due to staining/getting dusty. Other than what was listed, I’m happy with what I paid for.

Good morning and thank you for taking the time to write a review to improve the stay of future guests. The description of the property outlined that the second bed is a sofa bed in the living-room, it’s a queen sized bed and is fairly easy to setup. You would have to remove the cushions on the sectional to see the handle. I would definitely not recommend sleeping on the couch. I informed the cleaning staff to address the concern for construction dust in the closet. Had I been notified during your stay, they would have completed the task expeditiously for you.
