Perfect spot to make the most of a single day at the beach and explore the surrounding National and State Park. The VRBO is laid back, cozy, CLEAN and has the perfect view of the beach while still feeling like a quaint and comfy hidden home away from home. Host is everything you could ask for and the neighbors we bumped into were all so nice.

We had trouble getting the lock to work on our arrival, but Patrick was able to assist us. The lock worked fine once we understood exactly how to operate it.The view was fantastic and sleeping to the sound of the surf was very relaxing. The space was a bit dusty but clean otherwise.

It was an amazing trip. This is a hidden gem. The view is killer. Parking and finding the home was easy. Getting in was easy. Communication with Patrick was steller. He took care of our every need. Listening to the waves crashing on the beach as we slept was tranquil. The firepit on the beach was a nice surprise. Having part of the private beach was unexpected and we loved it. The water so clear and warm. Plenty of linens and towels. The outside private seating area was so relaxing after our day at the beach. Check in and check out was so smooth. This was kinda off the grid and it was perfect for our getaway. Patrick had do many small personal touches on the place it felt so comfortable, lake life home. Restaurants and are plentiful once you go into town.

Patrick was great! Quick to communicate and accommodate in all the ways he can. This location is practically IN the Indiana Dunes State Park. So beautiful. The amenities are somewhat rustic and beachy and airy at the same time. I had the window open and listened to the wave ls the whole time I was there.
The steps to the beach are less than a stone’s throw from the accommodations. This is the amazing view as you walked over to the stairs.
I was there as a storm was slowly making its way in. This was the view on the beautiful walk I was taking!
