Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
- Please gather towels and place them by the washing machine. - Please place trash in trash bags and deposit in bin outside. If trash or food is left behind additional charges will be applied.
- Please turn off all electronics, fans, lights, space heaters, etc. Also please ensure any TV remotes are returned to the proper places. - Please lock the front and side doors when you leave.
- Please put your dishes in the dishwasher with a detergent pod (provided by host, under kitchen sink) and start the washing cycle.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Everything was perfect for our weekend in State College. Our host was super helpful! The house was very clean, beds were comfortable and we were close enough to all our activities. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place near Penn State, connected to all of the major ways around town, which is important during football traffic. Very spacious for my family, and great to have 3 bedrooms with 2 teens.
