This property is perfect for couples of all ages, families with kids, including infants, friends vacations, business trips, week-long or weekend tranquil getaways, and all year round peaceful leaving.

A stunning 2bdr/2bath House with furnished patio a cross the street from the beach in Fort Lauderdale.

Sleeps 4 people. Master Bedr - king size bed;
Guest Bedr - 2 twin size beds;
Two Smart TVs (living room and master bedroom), surround sound, wifi.
The house is fully equipped for guests.
We provide linens, towels, quality iron, hair dryer.
The kitchen has dishes, utensils, pots&pens, coffee pot, coffee, electric tea pot, tee.
We also provide beach equipment for 4 people (beach towels, 4 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas and 1 cooler)

Two paddle boards.


The outdoor area is furnished and is perfect for lounging and dining outside.
There is a gas grill.

Located 2 min walk to the beach (main cross streets are Ocean Dr and 23rd St), very close to Fort Lauderdale night life, restaurants, Las Olas Blvd & Down Town, International Boat Show, Fort Laud. Airport

Short drive or uber everywhere. Walk to the beach, the Ocean Dr. and nearby restaurants.

This property is located on a quiet residential street. We do not allow parties (loud gatherings) at or around the property.

We allow parking for no more than 2 cars in front of the property.

The best stay!

BOOK IT! We had such a lovely time at this property. We had never been to FLL before, and now we can’t wait to go back. The house is sparkling clean and very high-end. The property owners are so nice and responsive! They’ve thought of everything! After going around FLL for the week, we decided that the location of this specific property is perfect. It’s right across from the beach (non-crowded area), and near shops and restaurants that are walkable. Awesome place - a true gem!!

We recently stayed at this property. The house is on the older side and needs a renovation. Absolutely nothing to do, far from the ocean, shops. Our unit had no pool. Unfortunately, i cannot recommend this property.

Great location and fabulous place

We come to Fort Lauderdale all the time but this was our first VRBO - what an amazing choice. Apartment was amazing and totally as pictured - plus crazy close to a quiet part of the beach. Adrian and Veronica thought of absolutely everything. So much better and well-appointed than a hotel with so many lovely touches to make you feel at home. From the excellent choice of coffee to chairs and towels for the beach this was not an efficiency, but a home.. A way better stay than any hotel. Was in touch with Veronica a couple of times and she always responded promptly - we were in great hands. Thank you so much - we will be back!

Adrian and Veronica are great landlords/hosts, first of all. Every time we e-mailed them with any question whatsoever, they replied and provided great information. Thanks to both of you for making our stay very comfortable while we were in Ft. Lauderdale. And last, but not least. The house is a fantastic beach oasis - clean, user friendly, with very thoughtful signage and all that is necessary in a home. Robes, shampoo, coffee creamer, etc... AND, at the beach: nice, clean and new beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc … You name it, Adrian and Veronica have it in this beautiful home. Top notch! Thank you, guys.

First class all around!

Just returned from a wonderful stay at Veronica's VRBO! The home is gorgeous! Fantastic location! This is our 8th VRBO rental and everything about the home is first class. Super clean. The appliances and TV as well as furniture are pristine. The pool is phenomenal! We went with our two daughters and its so nice to have a pool to relax in after a day at the beach. So many nice personal touches included as well for making meals or just heating up items. With the beach a block away, was really nice of Veronica to provide comfy beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler. Veronica was reachable throughout our stay and was so helpful with fantastic recommendations for breakfast spots and dinner as well as activities in the area. So many wonderful elements about this VRBO. It is a must stay if you are looking for a nice location, exceptional amenities, and all the comfort and convenience of home! We'll definitely be back!

My new Vacation home in FTL

This is my first experience with VRBO & I was exceptionally pleased. This home is a Stunning Gem. It is so adorable & the little details (hair dyer, flat iron, Aveda product, make-up wipes, etc.) were an added plus. The home felt new, modern & its conveniently 1 block away from the beach. Even though we didn't make it to the beach, we took advantage of the heated pool. Its the cutest place ever & I will be back!

We loved our stay! They had everything and more that we could think of for our stay! House was very clean and the pool was very inviting. :) House was walkable to the beach and Ubering was super convenient. We would recommend this home to anyone coming to the area and would love to stay again if we come back to visit!
