The property is bordered on the North my Charlotte Harbor and on the South with Jug Creek. 2 large pools, boat launch, all new fishing pier to watch the sunsets, fish or watch dolphins & under unit parking. 3 bikes, 2 kayaks with wheels, cooler and full Kitchen w blender, Keurig coffee pot & more.

From Minnesota and have owned a couple of properties in Matlacha FL and in Bokeelia Fl for several years. Hurricane Ian destroyed our house in Matlacha so we ended up purchasing this condo in Bokeelia.

Purchased for the beautiful palms, the quiet area yet close enough if we want to run into Cape Coral or Fort Myers.

Great location away from the hustle and bustle of Cape Coral, 2 great pools and super quiet in the evening and night for a great night sleep.
