This property has it all! The styling of the original shot gun homes of Key West restored with a beautiful natural cypress exterior combines with the clean lines of a contemporary home. Each Twin opens to it's own semi-private deck and lounge area with steps into a large kidney shaped pool with waterfall. Inside the comfortable living room there is a spiral staircase to the loft second bedroom with unique glass railing. Large windows in the kitchen bi-fold away to allow serving directly to the pool deck and capture the warm, tropical, Key West breezes. If cooking isn't for you on your vacation, stop by the Banana Cafe Restaurant or one of the many other delicious options steps away on Duval Street. The Twins allow for great flexibility in your vacation planning. Rent this property as a two bedroom/one bath or add the other unit to make it four bedrooms/ two bath.

The perfect cottage.

Pete's place was perfect. It was clean, easy to get to, has all the amenities and the pool is a big plus. It is a half a block to Duval, very walkable and friendly town/atmosphere. I highly recommend staying there, I would rent it again!

Incredible Week!

We had a wonderful week in Key West staying at Pete’s Cottages. It’s a great location with an outstanding outdoor space. We loved sitting by the pool in the morning and sitting on the deck at night. Would definitely come back!

At the quite end of duval. Peaceful and easy to get places. Parking is limited, recommend renting scooters to get around that.

Perfection

We absolutely loved staying here. The location was great right off of Duval but in a quite enough area that we were not kept up all night as we are more day drinkers! The semi private pool was great. The stairs to the upstairs are steep and tight. Best for kids or small adult, larger adult wouldn’t fit. Couldn’t ask for more pool by day restaurants and bars close for evening! We will be back!

Adorable cottage in a great location

Pete's East Cottage is so cute! It is nestled right off of Duval Street. There are lots of restaurants and shops close by but it is still quiet. There is parking in front of the cottage but it isn't reserved. If we came back from an outing and someone was parked in our spot we just went a block away to the public parking lot and parked there. It was very easy! The loft is cute and was perfect for our young adult daughters but the spiral stairs are a little narrow and steep. It is a great cottage and we would definitely stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was exactly as described in the pictures, we were very happy about that! We have had bad experience when reading reviews and selecting a place to stay from what people say, they end up been nasty and crappie even when having good reviews😞this review would not be the case! We lovedddd Pete’s cottages, we had so much fun in the pool and it have such a great location! If this is your first time going to Key West this is the place you want to stay! We were a family of 3 and had plenty of space! Our daughter wanted to bring the pool back home with us lol 😂 the whole rental was very clean and comfortable! Thanks Isa and Jane for all your help!

Amazing Location Yet Private Home

Just off of Duval street with a french bakery two buildings away on Duval, this was perfect for our small family vacation. The house was clean and had anything we need and the rental company was very easy to work with. The pool in the backyard was a delight and even though it is shared with the neighboring rental, we found our neighbors consistently to be friendly (and they didn't use the pool much at all). As the pool is only serviced on Tuesday, you need to know how to keep it clean with the strainer—but that's not hard and anyone who has had or helped with an outdoor pool knows that is at least a daily task. We were happy to do it and truly enjoyed the stay. Next time we wouldn't bother with a rental car, as street parking almost always required a walk of a few blocks and once we were there we found we didn't really need the car at all as everything we wanted was within walking distance or a short Uber. Will be back!!!

Amazing little get away!

This spot was perfect! It’s in a great location easy to walk to everything with great food and shops around. Super easy to check in and check out. The property looks just like the photos and was perfect for our week stay.

Been to keys and key west many times. This was a great location , especially for fantasy fest. Pool was a great bonus. No issues , but just an fyi …. My father who is 80 went with us. We gave him the bedroom and we took the loft. I’m 6’0 , 235lbs. The spiral stairs were a bit tricky but I had no problem. Just take your time.

Nice little cottage in the heart of Duval street activities

Everything was as advertised and went well. Parking was not offered at the residence and paid parking was a little pricey. We enjoyed the location, could catch sunrise on one end of Duval street then walk to the other end for sunset.

The property was just as described, it’s quiet (except for a garbage truck that showed up at 4:30 AM) and very convenient, just a few steps to restaurants and Duval Street. The pool was great, clean and warm, Parking is hard to come by but we anticipated that. Check in and check out was super easy. My husband and 2 daughters and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
