Casa Playa: Modern Beach House w/ Views

A newly renovated Casa Playa beach house with the most spectacular views from every room in the house. This house is probably one of the most outrageous views here on the North Fork. This is a one-family house that can accommodate 8, with 2 outdoor decks and 2 balconies overlooking the beach and the Ocean/Long Island Sound. It will make you feel like a millionaire and there is so much to do out here.

The living room features a new Internet-connected Netflix, a Playstation3, and a Wii with plenty of games (including Rockband, and Wii fit). While we purposely do not have cable, we do have an HD antenna to receive some of the important channels like ABC, NBC, and FOX.

The house comes with almost everything you need. Fresh linens, towels, fire logs, a fully equipped kitchen with lots of fun stuff like Ninja Mixer, NuWave Oven, Bread Maker, S'mores Maker, Ice cream Maker, Sodastream, and a beautiful charcoal and gas grill on the deck by the kitchen. We also supply some essentials like coffee, sugar, and milk to get you started.

The house has a washer and dryer, indoor fireplace, and outdoor fire table. The middle and kids' bedrooms each have their own AC units, and the living room has two units to cool the house and the master bedroom. The upstairs bedroom stays comfortable in summer with the balcony doors open and the fan on.

Our beach house is completely secluded and is a paradise for anybody who is looking to enjoy the most outrageous panoramic views and you will love waking up to the sunrise overlooking all of the Long Island Sound. The semi-private beach is a 5-minute walk away. The water is relatively warm during the summer, making it the perfect setting for swimming.

Of course, you can also just relax on the beach or your private decks at the house overlooking all of it.

Seasonal Availability of Outdoor Amenities
Please note that all outdoor amenities, including the patio furniture, grills, and other exterior equipment, are typically stored away between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. If you have specific questions regarding these amenities, feel free to reach out to us for more information.

If you are looking for multiple homes that are close by for additional family and/or friends please inquire! We have many other beach homes within close proximity.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
- We prefer renting to families, no bachelor/bachelorette parties.
- No pets allowed.
- For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.
- For stays longer than 29 days, a refundable deposit is required. Our Team will reach out for further details upon booking.
