Welcome to the Lower Level of our Mountain-View Retreat, a comfortable and private 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment with its own entrance. Ideal for traveling professionals, small families, or anyone seeking a long-term stay surrounded by the beauty of Colorado Springs.
Please note: This home is part of a duplex-style setup with a completely separate upper-level home. Each unit has its own private entrance, and the garage/driveway parking is shared (1 garage space + 1 driveway space per unit). No street parking is allowed per HOA bylaws.
