Thoroughly enjoyed our stay for a 60th b-day!! Close enough to the river but far enough so that you are not in the crowds. Property was clean and well maintained except for the broken dishwasher so we needed to hand wash everything. Pool/outdoor are was our best friend for the Texas heat!!

Our family plus six others from our Small Group stayed here and had a fantastic time. The amenities were a huge hit — pickleball, volleyball, basketball, and the pool kept everyone entertained for the whole trip. The outdoor cooking area was a standout, and we were really impressed with the upgraded Traeger. The turf surrounding the pool was a great touch too, especially with kids running around barefoot. The host was super responsive and answered our questions quickly whenever we reached out, which made the whole stay stress-free.The one downside was the towel quality — could use an upgrade there. Otherwise, this was a fantastic property for a large group, and we’d happily stay again!

We had a fantastic stay! The rooms were spotless and very well maintained. The host was very communicative throughout the entire process, very helpful with any questions or concerns. Any issues we had, the host really did the best they could to solve them. The amenities were excellent and really added to the overall experience. Everything we needed was provided and more. Most importantly, everyone in our group had a great time. Highly recommend!

Property was great! Only two suggestions: wanted to use the hot tub, but the max temp of 90 just didn’t allow it. Towel quality could be improved. Really enjoyed the pickle ball/basketball. Hope to come back!

Thank you David for your feedback, our towels were just purchase for the year, but will definitely consider upgrading for next year. The hot tube has been adjusted for future renters, we apologize for your inconvenience, but please always remember to reach out during your stay should you ever have any issue at all and we will make sure to address ASAP.

Host did not send check in instructions despite repeated asks (instructions were only sent 1 hour after check in time). There were no towels in any of the rooms, and host did not respond to ask for location of towels. No soap or basic amenities.

We apologize for your inconvenience, but towels were never an option listed. The checkin information was updated within your profile within VRBO on Wednesday prior to your checkin.

We had so much fun! My siblings brought our kids for the long weekend and the cousins (ages 3-17) had a great time and enjoyed all of the wonderful amenities. We needed some additional bedding, and they responded and took care of our needs promptly. We would definitely come back!
