The house is perfect for a family and is in a fantastic location with a breathtaking view just across from the water with direct access to the gulf. Also right in the middle of plenty of shopping and restaurants. The sunset views from the screened in patio couldn't be any more beautiful. The house is very clean and has all the amenities including beach chairs, coolers and kitchen supplies. For your added comfort, pool is heated with covered screen.
6 tennis courts, Olympic size community pool and walking trail in the community park will satisfy your fitness requirements. The community club, the BLUE COYOTE ( is one the best 4 star restaurants in Fort Myers.
10 minutes away from the house, the award-winning Fort Myers Beach, located on Estero Island, provides the perfect place to relax and make lifelong vacation memories.
