Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Take out all trash to outdoor trash can near alley, no trash can be left inside.
Fire pit/grill: Ensure all fires are completely out and grills are turned off/cleaned.
Please load any used dishes in dishwasher and start it. Put all used towels and linens in laundry basket in bathroom.
Keep all ceiling fans on but please shut off Lights.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
