About this property

Charming 2-bedroom, 2 bath condo in Mismaloya with AC, remodeled kitchen & baths

Located in Mismaloya, this lovely condo features 2 soothing king bedrooms, each equipped with a hair dryer for your convenience. With heating and AC to keep you comfortable, this fantastic property is the perfect retreat for guests looking to unwind. A great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay. Our home was recently remodeled, with a modern fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms that have large walk in showers. The patio has amazing views of the bay and mountains. It's great sitting out there watching the boats and people on the beach, and even whales from November to March. We are walking distance to a taxi stand, bus stop and beach that has 7 restaurants to choose from, more in the little town of Mismaloya. Our favorite beach go to is Los Pescado's, Oscar is the best! You can also call for a taxi if you don't feel like walking the hill. We walk it daily for exercise. The pool is great, we usually have it to ourselves as there are only 12 units. There is also an adventure place right in Mismaloya where they can take you ziplining, ride 4 wheelers and horses.

Very comfortable and well-appointed condo with amazing views! Lots of beautiful art pieces adorn the walls of this excellent spot. The shared pool is also a great feature of this place. The hill to get up to the condo is steep in parts and can be sweaty during the heat of the day, but taxis will also happily give you a lift up when you don't feel like doing the walk. Rico's Tacos at the bottom of the hill are delicious!

MaryAnn has recently renovated this lovely condo high in the mountains above above Playa Mismayola. Quiet, peaceful, beautifully furnished and generously appointed. Beautiful views of the mountains, cove and the sea. It’s a 15 minute descent to the town but we were able to walk up even though my husband is almost 80. Taxis and Ubers abound and they are easier options. Several good restaurants. If you want nightlife, Puerto Vallarta is 25 minutes by Uber. Very close to Boca de Tomatlan, Colamitas and the Botanical Gardens, plus jungle riverside waterfall hikes. We loved it!
