A great base from which to explore all of Asheville and the fabulous mountain ranges and waterfalls of western North Carolina. In a five-mile radius you'll find downtown Asheville, the Grove Park Inn, the Blue Ridge Parkway, the Folk Art Center, the Mountains-to-Sea trail, a hundred restaurants, at least a dozen craft breweries, numerous music venues, antiques galore, and Malaprops, the coolest independent bookstore in the Carolinas. This well loved and maintained cottage is beautifully furnished and offers two bedrooms with queen sized beds; two full bathrooms; twin sized pull out sofa; and an open living dining area with a wood stove; central heat and AC and ceiling fans. Sliding glass doors open to a deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee while planning your day. Parking area includes a one car garage with additional private parking adjacent to the house. In the Asheville downtown area you will find dining options from fine dining to local options that define the feel of the Asheville foodie culture. If you are a music lover you will be well entertained with music venues of all sizes offering nationally know acts as well as local favorites. Shoppers will love the walkable specialty shops, local boutiques and the amazingly wide array of art galleries and street performers.
