The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Load and start the dishwasher. place all wet towels on bathroom floor or in laundry room.
Remove trash from kitchen and place outside in trash bin
Lock all doors, turn off lights/tv and return the key to the box
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours from 10pm-7am
$150 charge for keys not returned to the box or missing at checkout.
If there is a pet on the reservation, please sweep any hair from the floor prior to checkout. This could incur additional cleaning fee.

Very comfortable accommodation! A 5 minute walk gets you to the beach, Central Park, or the historic downtown area for shops, cafes and restaurants. Nestled in among other beautiful historic homes, it is a great home base for exploring Cape Charles.
