The home features upper and lower decks, a fire pit, a full kitchen, and a convenient kitchenette.

Whether you're here for a peaceful getaway, a Madison event, or time with family and friends, this riverfront retreat offers a comfortable place to relax, reconnect, and enjoy the Ohio River.

The upper deck is a great place for viewing Bald Eagles, enjoying your morning coffee as the sun rises, or just relaxing as the boats and barges pass by.

The stairway to access the upper level has 20 steps with wide treads and handrails on both sides.
