THE VINEYARD HOUSE AT CHATHAM FARM, A RESTORED CA. 1920 FARMHOUSE, OVERLOOKS VINEYARDS, BARNS, WOODS, AND FIELDS.
The Vineyard House is a secluded 2-story home with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The first floor includes a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, and a utility room with washer/dryer. The second floor includes 3 bedrooms (one King, one Queen, one Twin), a bathroom with an antique tub and sink.
DETAILS
The house overlooks vineyards, barns, woods, and fields with water views of Church Creek a short path/walk through the woods.
RENTAL COST
$220 per night with a 2-night minimum stay. $75 cleaning fee.
AMENITIES
600-thread count European bed linens, top-of-the-line pillow-top mattresses, bath towels, crib and toddler beds available, coffee maker & coffee, 42" television with local channels, wifi throughout the house.
