This home was beautiful inside and out. Our family enjoyed the roominess of the kitchen/living room and dining area. The home was clean and free of clutter. The neighborhood was quiet. This beach community is family friendly.

We had an absolutely awesome stay here! We bring 3 generations to Niantic for a beach vacation each summer and this house was absolutely perfect for that. We love staying in Black Point for the quiet beaches and easy drive to town. This house had a perfect large kitchen, living room, laundry room, backyard, and deck for us to make meals, hang out with the grandkids, and enjoy ourselves while still having big enough bedrooms and a lot of bathrooms to make it not feel like we were on top of each other. The house had a lot of linens, bath towels, kitchen supplies, inside toys, kid gear, and beach chairs/toys provided. It was nice and clean when we checked in. You absolutely can't beat the short walk to the beach! Honestly it exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be back. The only thing we found ourselves wishing for was an outdoor shower to wash off sandy kids - but that is the ONLY "complaint" we can come up with. This is an awesome family-friendly property! 5 star stay

My opinion is that house is even better than the pictures. Our 3-generation family loved it and the small beaches that are nearby, as well as the General Store and morning walks in the neighborhood. This house has plenty of room and a perfect layout to spend time together, but also recharge away from the rest of the family. The living room, kitchen, dining room and deck all have space for everyone. The office area/game area was used for video games and also for some remote work, and functions well for both purposes. The entire house including the kitchen was very clean (even the stove and inside the toaster and microwave!) and stocked better than any other vacation rental we've stayed at. The bedroom/bathroom layout allows almost all bedrooms to have their own bathrooms (other than twin bedrooms that share a bath), and the bedrooms are spaced out so noise/tv/music from one bedroom won't bother others sleeping. The arrival process was very smooth, along with occasional check-ins to see if anything was needed. Thank-you for sharing your home with us!

Great house for our girls trip. We each had our own bedroom (5), and there were 4 bathrooms, which made getting ready to go out much easier. The beds were very comfortable, and the house and kitchen were roomy and well equipped.Lovely neighborhood. Lots of people running, walking, and biking. Several small beaches within the community. (no lifeguards)The provided "parking tag" allows you to park at the beaches in the community, but a couple of them are walkable. At the end of the week we thought it may have been handy to rent a golf cart. Maybe next time! The driveway had room for 4 vehicles. We also went to Waterford Town Beach-a short drive. (25 during the week). The home is also close to shopping and dining in Niantic, and a short drive to Old Saybrook and Essex. (which we also visited)One thing we would have liked would be black out drapes in the bedrooms.(there are mini blinds) Also, there are no railings on the deck or back stairs. We were sad to leave!
