Noise over 90 dB sustained for 5+ minutes will trigger a violation. This typically only happens with loud music, parties, shouting/screaming, or similar high-volume activity.
Normal conversation, TV, casual music, cooking, laughing, etc., will not trigger anything. Just be mindful of neighbors, and you’ll be completely fine.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver (Required)
Guests must select one of the following options after booking via our Coveted Hospitality Guest App:
- $500 refundable security deposit, or
- $29 per night nonrefundable damage waiver (capped at $250 per stay)
This process is handled off-platform and is required for all reservations.
Pet Policy & Fees
Pets must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival.
- 1 pet: $19 per night (capped at $200 per stay)
- 2 pets: $29 per night (capped at $300 per stay)
Undisclosed pets may result in additional charges or cancellation of your reservation.
Age Requirement & ID Verification
- Primary guest must be 21 or older. Groups with a primary guest under 21 may request an exception for a one-time $75 fee, regardless of group size. This is a single flat fee applied once per booking, not per guest.
- All guests 18 and older must complete ID verification prior to check-in. Verification includes a government-issued ID, selfie verification, and signing our rental agreement and house rules in the Guest Portal. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation without refund.

This house was very accommodating and affordable, host was very responsive and friendly.. overall it was a great short stay, everything you needed was provided. Mahalo for the wonderful hospitality we loved North Carolina..
Our family had a wonderful stay at this townhouse. It is located in a nice neighborhood that is very convenient to grocery stores and many restaurants. The host was very responsive.
The townhome was clean, decorated nicely, beds were comfortable and it felt esthetically good.Two main concerns:1. 8 guests were registered on the portal before entry directions would be provided, yet only 6 towels were provided. Had to convince the person responding that 8 towels were needed.2. The heater did NOT work! Made the host aware and nothing was done to try to rectify the issue. Had to go to target and buy space heaters for the weekend. Please get the heater fixed!!
This was a nice place. Clean and well kept. The only problem is that is advertised as a 4 bedroom but it is actually a 3 bedroom with a king bed in the living room with a curtain.
