* This home is truly a relaxing paradise. Very comfortable high end bedding, Tons of thick fluffy towels, , all the kitchenware, spices and condiments you need to cook and enjoys meals at home and Views from everywhere.

* Other homes in the area will claim to have these great views by showing you wide angle pictures but, you end up walking into a small home with very narrow pocket views. Don't be fooled. My home has TRUE 180 degree PANORAMIC views from every deck and room in the home.

* This is my personal residence so I know you will be very comfortable and you will not be disappointed. Its like staying at your personal 5 star luxury hotel.

* If wanting the pool heated for your stay please inquire with owner. SDG&E electric and gas charges have doubled in Jan 2023. The pool heating fee is $50/day for pool heating (87 degrees). Inquire with owner for rate and turning pool heater on.

* If wanting additional guests above 8 persons please inquire with owner. Additional guests fee is $100/day per person for more than 8 persons.

This is an upscale quiet neighborhood so security is always important for the home and guests. There is a Ring doorbell camera located on the front entrance door.
There is an outdoor security camera system. (only outdoor, not indoor!).

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please help by taking all your linens, blankets and towels down to the laundry room and place them in the large laundry bin. Do not leave anything you brought into the home.
Please remove all food from cabinets and refrigerator. Take all trash to the large city trash containers next to garage. Please clean your dishes, any mess on the stove top, oven and refrigerator
If BBQ was used please clean grill top. Do not leave sauces or cheese melted on grill. We charge extra for cleaning appliances and BBQ. Clean any mess left on floors, spilled food or beverages.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD POLICY. - No music or loud profanity on outside decks or pool & hot tub area after 9pm until 9am. Please respect the neighbors!
NO SMOKING / No Pets - Renter will stand to lose their entire deposit if there is any evidence of there has been smoking of any type or a pet in home.
NO PARTIES-Renters will stand to lose entire deposit/run risk of eviction if there is evidence of a party/ added persons not on the reservation.

We rented Mark’s home for a bachelorette party and it was the ideal spot! The pool and outdoor areas were perfect for our group to hang and enjoy beautiful views including nightly fireworks. All the rooms were comfortable and the kitchen was great for our large group. Mark was easy to communicate with and made sure we had a wonderful stay!

They nicknamed me because I was always wearing bandanas and I love 80's hair band music along with Rock n Roll.
I'm originally from Detroit suburbs. 10 Mile, not 8 Mile. Love all Detroit sports teams, Especially the Red Wings, Love 80's Hair band music and Rock n Roll.
My home represents my style. It is very unique and full of character. The home is warm, cozy, inviting and most of all relaxing. A great place to spend with family and friends.
Its my goal to make all my guests feel comfortable and relaxed when on their vacation. I want you to not only love my home but enjoy the great quiet neighborhood and the surrounding areas of Pacific Beach, LaJolla, Little Italy and Downtown Gaslamp

Why they chose this property

I picked San Diego for the amazing weather. I was lucky enough years ago to find this absolute Gem of a home. An incredible unique beach home with amazing views.
Being Located West of I-5 and near the beach was a Must!!
Up on MT. Soledad was exactly what I was looking for. Its only 1 mile up from the craziness in Pacific Beach but you're close enough that you feel you are right at the beach. Close to the beaches yet in a very quiet neighborhood. Just minutes to LaJolla, Little Italy, Downtown and Del Mar and Only 10 minutes to Airport .
Just the perfect location in San Diego. Sea World Fireworks, absolutely beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Outdoor decks and amenities are perfect for straight Lampin! This is truly an amazing property and I am very blessed to have been able to live here for the past 20 years.

There are very few homes that have the location, the decks and views like Casa Rocca Del Amore. This is a very unique home.
