Absolutely lovely river retreat. The house sits on a knoll with the yard flowing down to the river. Lots of places to hang out outside (all seasons) and kayaks are available for water fun.The interiors on the three buildings (main house and two cottages are absolutely charming. The cottages are separate bedroom baths which allow privacy. They also are equipped with lofts, so if there was a family group, a lot of people could be handled.The hosts were very accommodating of our two golden retrievers. Couldn’t imagine a better weekend.

The property was fantastic. We stayed here for a tournament at Rocker B. It was about 30 mi utes but getting away from all the chaos and relaxing on the river was well worth it. It’s quiet and the set up is perfect for a family with kids. Donna was great. Responded quickly anytime we needed her. Highly recommend. We will be back!

The property's pet-friendly nature is impressive, with lovely outdoor cats that are very affectionate. My toddler enjoyed exploring the property and interacting with the cats. The home is well-appointed. My baby twins found the main cabin comfortable and I was able to accommodate my disabled baby twins.

This property is so beautiful! My kids loved that they got their own cottage and my husband and I had the main cottage. The property is fully stocked with everything we needed! We stayed three nights and loved every minute. I truly felt at home with all of the beautiful amenities. The front has amazing swings around a fire pit and on the front porch chairs surrounding a propane fire pit. The chairs are so comfortable with beautiful blankets on each one. The back porch connects all three cottages and has so much room for entertaining or relaxing! The back yard extends down to another relaxing fire pit with chairs all in front of a river! Any time I had any questions Mrs. Donna was always available by text to answer any of my questions. We hope to stay here again and again! 10/10 for us!

This guest and her group created over $1500 damage to the property during their stay. Drove though the electric entry gate and broke it, set fire to a nightstand, broke a cabinet door and ruined the telescope. Thank goodness VRBO required a deposit hold or buy insurance. Would absolutely not recommend and warn against this renter. Would not even be able to leave a 1 out of 10 for them.
