Such a lovely spot to relax and move about, seeing the sites nearby! Host was very attentive and we were so comfortable in their precious cabin! Everything I needed to cook, and more! Wonderful balcony view! Host so accommodating... she even decorated for Halloween!

The Property was located high above Boone, but close enough to not be too isolated. It was a nice mountain getaway and the property was clean, comfortable and quiet. The only issues were the stairs had sunk into the ground and were kind of slanted.

This was the perfect location for our weekend getaway. The views from the deck are beautiful, is just minutes from Howard's Knob and downtown Boone. The cabin is very well appointed with everything you could need to prepare a meal either on the stove or on the gas grill on the deck. The cabin was decorated for the fall/halloween season which was such a fun surprise at check in. We would definitely recommend making a reservation with Robin, she made the booking and check in process easy.

I spent a month in this cozy cabin. I felt like I was in my own home. I booked it to escape the summer heat and humidity of my home in the piedmont of North Carolina--and it was wonderful. Cool and you feel in touch with the ever-changing mountain weather. The view is lovely, too. The host was very helpful and immediately responded to my messages. Boone offers a lot, especially music (free concerts downtown on Fridays). The Saturday morning farmers market is really fun, too. And you're close to the Blue Ridge Parkway and other mountain attractions. This is a reasonably priced vacation get-away.

My daughter and I were very impressed with the mountain house! The location was perfect! The house was so clean and inviting! We enjoyed the scenery and the peaceful atmosphere! Great restaurants were close by. We especially enjoyed the Dan'l Boone Inn Family Restaurant and Longhorn Steakhouse! We highly recommend this place for your next vacation!
