Guest access
You’ll have full access to the home, backyard, and driveway. Entry is easy and secure with a Yale Smart Lock and your own custom code. There is parking for up to 3 vehicles.

We give our guests plenty of privacy but are always just a message away if you need anything. Whether it’s a quick question, local recommendation, or something unexpected, we’re here to help. Our team is local, responsive, and committed to making sure your stay feels effortless from start to finish.

• No parties or unregistered guests
• Desert sunshine may cause spontaneous patio coffee and longer-than-planned naps
• Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
Any additional visitors must be approved in writing prior to check-in.

• No parties or events of any kind.
Unapproved gatherings will result in immediate cancellation and additional charges.

• No smoking or vaping inside the home or anywhere on the property.
This includes patios and outdoor areas. A $300 fee will be charged if smoke is detected.

• Quiet hours are from 9PM to 8AM.
Please respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum at all times.

• Do not tamper with or disable Wi-Fi routers, smart locks, or security cameras.
Violations will result in removal from the property and applicable fees.

• No rearranging of furniture or décor.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused by moving or mishandling items.

• Please report any damage, spills, or issues as soon as they happen.
Early communication allows us to resolve things quickly and fairly.

• Lost and found items will be kept for 7 days.
If you request an item to be mailed, a $50 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be charged.
