One of the best locations in Breckenridge!!!

You absolutely cannot beat the location! Literally a one minute walk to QuickSilver lift across the street at base of Peak 9 (Maggie Pond) and steps to Main Street, Historic Downtown Breckenridge! Far, Far better than ski in/ski out. You absolutely do not have to get into your vehicle once you arrive - walk to lift, restaurants, bars/Pubs, clubs, shops, etc.!

The complex has common/shared Hot-Tub Jacuzzi, Laundry Facilities, Free Heated Garage Parking. It is not only steps to all restaurants, shops, pubs, etc., but is also steps to the lift, which is right across the street, less than a minute walk!. There are also two equipment rental shops ground floor. They provide skis and board rentals in winter and bicycle rentals in summer. Property itself is a maze and confusing at first but it is a fantastic location. A few suggestions for the owner:Bath towels might need to be refreshed. There were three towels, three hand towels, and two wash cloths. I made the incorrect assumption that there was a washer and dryer in the unit. There is a washer and dryer but you have to pay to use it. I would have liked a second set of towels so we would not have to launder our own. There was also hair in the shower drain when we arrived. Everything else was very clean, but that was nit a fun surprise. We were also left one roll of toilet paper and there was a mostly used roll under the bathroom sink. The balcony overlooks a “pond” which is home to a local restaurant on a barge. It is loud so there was not a lot of relaxation on the porch. Porch furniture is not super comfortable and was wet from rain showers. The bedding on the bed was comfortable but the pillows were very lumpy and worn out they might need to be replaced or Bring your own!My final suggestion would be to put all of the necessary codes in a bulleted list. There are many codes for the garage, for the unit, for the elevator to get back to the garage and it would have been helpful to have all of those in one place. Overall our sisters weekend was a success and we enjoyed out time in Breckenridge. The location of this unit was its very best feature!

Hi Natalie, appreciate the feedback. A couple of things.. - I included the 3 codes, highlighted in email.. garage code, which is one, elevator code, which is two and door code, the 3rd. - unfortunately we cannot dry patio furniture after every rain fall - there are extra linens in drawers and in containers under the bed, wish you reached out. The hair in shower unacceptable as well as the TP for your 3 days. I wish i could find better cleaners and will certainly reach out and let them know. thanks again for feedback.
