December beach delight

A wonderful stay at the Croatan Surf Club. We loved the access to the pool and hot tub as well as the beach! Richard the maintenance and property manager is so kind and he even served as a witness for us to take our marriage vows. It was a perfect escape and elopement location for us. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant!

Needs maintenance..

We have stayed in multiple condos at Croatan surf club. This condo needs maintenance. The hot water heater was changed out half way thru our stay. The washer didn’t work until hot water heater was replaced and before that it would stop spinning and trip one of the bedroom lights. The dishwasher was practically falling out as well as the nozzle on the sink. The oven takes 15 minutes to preheat and then doesn’t cook like it should. A casssrole that takes 30 min took over an hour and still was warm in the middle. I prefer to not have to deal with maintenance on my vacation. I also like to do laundry on vacation which I couldn’t do until the day before we left. We will never book this condo again!

We had an amazing time. The condo was very clean. My only con is its kind of dark. We replaced a few light bulbs, but it wasn't a big deal.

Clean, classy family fun and in a great location.

Very nice place to stay. It's central, and near some great food. (Jack Brown's Beer & Burger, Three Tequilas, The Brewing Station all great.) The kitchen was nice to use. You'll need to buy the coffee filters with the flat bottom for the drip Mr. Coffee.) The property itself is ideal, with covered parking, elevators when you need them to get to the third floor, which is the top of the two levels. I especially enjoyed the upper balcony. It has a view to the North and a little view of the water. The master bedroom shower seemed to drain slowly. Best to use the shower / tub right next to it. There's are no outlets (even 110V) for an electric car, but there is free charging at the Brewing Station 2 miles away.

Great getaway

Property is exactly as advertised. Condo in great condition, clean and plenty of room and seating for our group of 6. Quick beach access, clean pools and plenty garage parking. Walking distance from eats and treats. Less than five minutes drive from grocery store options.

Spring break getaway

We initially came to stay in the OBX on a recommendation from a friend. We had no idea where we would stay and then we came across the Croatan Surf Club and we loved the photos. The place was nice and clean as well as close to the beach and other activities. We will definitely visit the OBX and stay here again.

Beautiful Property in an Excellent location

We had a great stay. When we walked in, we were impressed by the cleanliness. Everything, including the water dispenser on the fridge appeared to be squeaky clean. The indoor pool was open, which was great. This is a really convenient location with easy access to anything you might need or want to visit

Great vacation week!

Everything was great. Only a few minor problems. Found ants on kitchen counter, but spraying took care of them. Lock on living room glass sliding door did not work. The fitted sheet on one of the beds did not fit.
