Large 3 bedroom, 2 bath waterfront condo with Amazing sunset and water view, in North Hotel Zone. Close to town, yet quiet small complex with waterfront infinity pool. We have a large terrace overlooking the water. Living/dining room/kitchen and master bedroom with wall of glass to enjoy the view. The best snorkeling on the island is right in front of the pool in crystal clear water. Master bath extra large showerincluding two heads plus rainshower. Beautiful kitchen with view, and all new appliances including 30” oven, cooktop, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. Large patio with dining table for six. High speed fiber internet. Fifteen minute walk to main square on safe streets. Close in advantages and secure. We live here half the year, so it is equipped like a home, not just a rental. Whether you are coming to Cozumel with family or friends, to relax or snorkel and dive, you will love our home.

Highly Recommend !!!

This is a great property. My family of 4 had plenty of space. Living area and bedrooms very spacious. View is unbeatable and location to town is super convenient. Star, the property manager, was super helpful and always available through out or stay. You will not be sorry if you rent this unit. It is truly perfect!

Great family condo!

Having 3 bedrooms was critical for our family of 5 with 3 grown kids. We had plenty of space to spread out. There were all sorts of accessories-snorkel equipment, plenty of towels, games. The location was perfect for us-just north of town, walking distance (although a little far for most of us to walk), pool, excellent entry into the water with fantastic snorkeling right in front. It was great! Thank you Deb for your home, and thank you Star, for your excellent care!

Fabulous Home

5N puesta del sol was perfect! Communication with Deb and Star, the manager was seemless. The view of this condo can not be topped. sun up to sun down best view of the water and water activities. we came for the diving but when not under the water we could find great sea life right in front of the unit, trumpetfish trunkfish eel and turtles. The condo was furnished equivalent to my home and the decor is much better! Deb being and artist has excellent taste in decor. loved the paintings. Star was extremely attentive to our needs and was immediately on response to find a dive computer left by mistake. The home was the best choice for a wonderful family dove vacation.

Lovely condo with amazing view!

We were there from December 25 to December 30th. The condo is lovely and very easy to get to, and convenient to the north end activities (Buccanos, Hemmingways etc).We really enjoyed our stay here, specifically due to the amazing view of the ocean. Wonderful sunsets every evening, and some of the best snorkeling I have done, right out your door.Condo was large and well apportioned, and very well insulated! The coffee maker is amazing, and grinds the beans, and brews the coffee all in one step! However, I was up at 5:00 am when I made the coffee and boy was it loud! No one else woke up!A few cons that may not be cons for everyone....The air conditioning is pre programmed and cannot be changed. If you like to sleep cold, this may be an issue for you. We are from Texas, and like to sleep around 74. The thermostat is set for 78 during the day (non issue, because we were either gone or on the balcony) and 76 at night. We were not "uncomfortable" per se, but we do prefer it a bit cooler at night.Housekeeping only comes mid stay if you are there 7 days or more. I could not locate a broom, and no, I did not ask if one was available, so this may be totally on me. A broom would have been nice.Overall, it was a 10 out of 10.

Cozumel Dive Trip

Our stay at Debbie's place in Cozumel was amazing. The snorkeling out front was just as advertised, we saw a variety of wild and even octopus when we snorkeled at night. The condo was a quick cab ride from town which made it very convenient for activities such as scuba diving. Overall it was a great place to spend a week diving with family.

Christmas in Cozumel

We chose this condo to celebrate our 50th anniversary and Christmas with our family. The condo had plenty of room for our family of 5 adults. The pictures show the beauty and space of the this condo exactly as it is. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. We ate all our meals out there. Good snorkeling just off the pool. The owner is very thoughtful and easy to communicate with. The staff at the location are friendly and helpful. Easy taxi into town. This condo will not disappoint you.
