I am willing to offer a discount if you don't plan to occupy the space for the entire month even though rental term will be for a minimum of 28 days. This spacious 5,000 square foot home has several gathering areas and 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Enjoy stunning views of Pine View reservoir, Nordic valley and Snowbasin ski resorts from one of the amazing decks. Proximity to Wolf Creek Golf course, 3 ski resorts, and Pine View reservoir makes this home a year round destination.

The upstairs master bedroom has a king mattress with a huge bathroom with heated floors and the view from the deck is spectacular. The loft just outside the master has a queen sofa bed along with a memory foam mattress. Enjoy the fireplace and relax after a long day at the slopes or at the lake.

The main floor has a huge kitchen and dining area with a beautiful table that seats 12 people. The kitchen is completely stocked with the necessities to host large groups. The woodwork around the windows gives a great cabin feel and the wrap around deck along with outdoor rock walls, creek, and fire pit will entertain for hours. The TV room off the main gathering area has reclining couches and is a great place to relax. There are 2 bedrooms each with queen beds.

The basement has a full kitchen that is great for large groups to gather and play games and watch TV. The couch in the seating area has a pull out bed. One bedroom has a king bed and the other bedroom has a full bunk bed with an additional 6” memory foam mattress and comfortably sleeps 6. The theater room has a 90” TV and an unbelievably comfortable sectional.

There are numerous trails to go hiking or biking close by. The golf course is minutes away, and the lake and ski resorts are all a very short drive away.

Great House!

We had a great time! Kelly was very good with a minor problem that we had, and made it so we could enjoy our time together with our family! The kids loved the movie room, pool table, games, and video games! There was plenty of room to not feel cramped! Thank you!

Luxurious Family Getaway

Absolutely stunning mountain views!This property was perfect for my extended family of 9. There was plenty of room and the amenities made it feel like home. We were able to catch a glimpse of deer while drinking morning coffee. After spending the day skiing, we relaxed in the hot tub . This home was everything and more that we were looking for to make this trip to Powder Mountain memorable. Truly enjoyed the spaciousness and warmth of the home. Lovely home

This home is wonderful, it is really beautiful and has fantastic views of the valley. I hope to stay her again. The owners were great and communicated very well and they checked in with us via VRBO to make sure everything was good with our stay. The home is very large and spacious. It was a great place for the 8 of us. P.S. I have no complaints but be aware that there are a lot of stairs if you can’t handle going up and down often.

Family reunion in Eden

We were a three generation group of 25. This home was perfect for us. Teens had their own gathering spot. Little kids played downstairs so it was quiet while adults talked. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the owner was super helpful in letting us know there were sleeping pads, and a porta crib to accommodate us. We loved the big outside grill for cooking pancakes for a big group quickly. The giant table seated 14 of us, and there is a six foot folding table as well. The giant TV in the TV room was a hit for watching our old family videos. The house was convenient to Pineview and to mountain bike trails at Snowbasin, and 45 minutes from Lagoon. We loved the lake and it's proximity. One of our sons said it was like being on a houseboat at Lake Powell, only we could spread out, be comfortable and all take showers at night. It was a great venue and we will highly recommend it to friends.
