E1003 is a two bedroom large floor plan rents at a 2 bedroom Standard price (doesn't apply to monthly rentals) that will accommodate up to four guests with its spacious 1289 sq. feet floor plan. Unit fully furnished.

The living room has a flat screen TV/cable with a DVD player, and sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony.

The dining area includes a table that seats six and the kitchen is fully equipped.

The Master bedroom has a King size bed, a full bathroom with a renovated walk-in shower that has a sitting bench, a flat screen TV/cable, & sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony. The guest bedroom has one Queen size bed, a flat screen TV/cable, and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

There is tile flooring in the hallways/bathrooms/kitchen and carpet flooring on remaining floors, a washer/dryer, and the balcony is furnished with a large table with three chairs and one lounge chair. View-Faces the water for the most part however it is slightly angled to the East as shown in the pictures and has a view of the water.
