Great place and very comfortable. I have a bad back and never woke up with pain. Very comfortable. I drove a Jeep Grand Cherokee and the car fit just fine in the parking stall. I recommend packing an eye mask if you are sensitive to morning sunlight waking you up. I absolutely recommend this place if you are visiting Colorado Springs. Host was super communicative and the unit was clean. Would stay again!
This 1-1 garage apartment was just right for my husband and I while in town for family events. It seems brand new. It’s in a quiet, historic, family-friendly neighborhood. Benjamin and Naomi were so gracious and quick to communicate from start to finish. The previous guests had left a terrible mess that really put them in a bind. We so appreciated their responsiveness and quick resolution to an issue that was not their fault.
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and newly renovated apartment. Ben was a wonderful and accommodating host, and the property was absolutely ideal for the two of us. Located in a quiet and lovely neighborhood, this spacious garage apartment was well equipped with everything that we needed for our long weekend in beautiful Colorado Springs. We were just a few minutes from downtown and many other attractions. We will definitely stay again. Many thanks to Ben and his family and we look forward to our next stay!
My (adult) daughter and I were in CS to visit family and friends for a 3-night stay. Perfect spot for 2 adults or a couple and small child. We chose the property for it’s close proximity to my best friend’s house. We both slept comfortably and the neighborhood is quiet at night. We literally just slept there and didn’t use any of the appliances so I can’t comment on them. The property was very clean and has stacked washer and dryer, if needed. It is conveniently located near downtown and highway access. The owner quickly responded when I had questions. Would definitely stay again.
The place is nice and cozy. Pretty quiet for being in a neighborhood. There is one thing, not really a negative, just something everyone should know is the parking space isn't very big. I drive a silverado 1500. From my rear tires to the back of the truck don't fit in the driveway so i was sticking out into the alley. But the code didn't work one day, I got a hold of Ben and he came and fixed it right away.
I do believe the host needs to notify the travelers ( add pictures) of the alley they will have to park in. I did not feel 100% comfortable going outside without my husband or a gun on my hip. It was not very inviting, to say the least. The parking situation needs help all around. My husband's truck barely fit in the alley without the front end sticking out. The blinds in the living room and bedroom are basically see-through. We came back after dark, and a light was left on in the house. I could see straight into the bedroom. We were on vacation, and we felt like there was no privacy. The view was of the backs of people's garages in the alley. ZERO on the view. Other than that, the interior was AMAZING!
This apartment was spacious, clean, and modern. It is in a quiet neighborhood close to the downtown area. The host responded to all our questions in a timely manner. We will definitely be back!
