This delightful Fort Myers home in a serene neighborhood is ideal for families and offers a blend of comfort, recreation, and convenience.
The property features 4 bedrooms with a variety of bed sizes: 1 King, 2 Queen, and 2 Twin beds. Guests will find 2 bathrooms equipped with a hairdryer and shower. Please note, for your security, we have exterior only cameras monitoring the driveway, front door, and pool area. Your privacy is important; there are no cameras inside.

A comfortable living room features a large television for relaxation.
A screened and covered lanai provides ample seating, a foosball table, and a private, heated pool with an attached spa.
A game room is available, offering a pool table, darts, and a selection of board games.
The house is equipped with both heating and air conditioning for guest comfort.

While traffic noise can be heard by the pool, the house is equipped with hurricane-grade windows, which are known for their sound-reducing properties. They effectively minimize the sounds heard inside, due to their thick laminated glass and tight seals that prevent sound from entering.

Home was very clean. Pool was great (nice and warm).Welcome basket and a lot of extra products in the kitchen and bathrooms was an added bonus. Owner was good to work with. Over all one of the best VRBO's we have stayed in.

We loved our stay at Beechwood Bungalow. It was a perfect space for the four of us and offered all the comforts of home. The location was perfect for us - just a short drive to Fort Myers Beach, restaurants, shops, airport, etc. Cynthia was very responsive to our questions and needs. We would absolutely book this accommodation again.

My family had a fantastic February getaway at this beautiful 4-bedroom home! Upon walking in, we were immediately greeted by a thoughtful welcome basket filled with local goodies—the olive oil and balsamic vinegar were highlights and paired perfectly with French bread for our homemade dinner.The decor and styling throughout the house are absolutely stunning and really elevated the vibe of our stay. We spent most of our time in the outdoor area; the pool was pristine and kept at a perfect, warm temperature. The spa was lovely as well, though it does take a little bit of time to reach temperature, so plan ahead!The only minor suggestions for improvement would be adding a few more pool toys and indoor games for the kids. The dart board, Foosball table and pool table were also excellent additions for my wife and I!When we had any questions, the host was quick to respond with the answers we needed. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

This neighborhood is ideal for enjoying our beautiful Florida weather. Gorgeous tree lined streets with designated bike lanes make this a very pedestrian, bike and golf cart friendly neighborhood.

What makes this property unique

Beechwood Bungalow is specifically designed with relaxation and leisure in mind. I wanted to make sure in this home away from home, guests walk in and are transported to a relaxing seaside spa except it is perfectly located for easy access to anything you can ever plan to do in Fort Myers including the beaches, shopping, amazing dining, downtown river district, etc.
