On saltwater canal with huge 800 sq ft screened patio facing the backyard
Looking for a get-away? We have a beautiful fully furnished remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit, includes all utilities, washer/dryer, flat screen tv, internet and outdoor gas grill. The bedrooms have a good size.
As the home is newly remodeled and furnished, please look at the actual pictures. New floors, a/c, paint, quality furniture, blinds, appliances, bathrooms...Everything is new!
There is a screened lanai on the east side attached to the living room with a dining set and a conversation set for relaxing. We are about a 5 minute drive to nokomis beach on casey key and venice downtown. Many golf courses and other activities around. The legacy trail bike trail is around the corner and bikes are available. The legacy trail offers areas to stop, rest, learn about its history or just enjoy the natural beauty surrounding in that area.
In the nice backyard with a old oak tree which gives some shade, you can enjoy the old florida living. The backyard is on a saltwater canal with your own private dock and 10 minutes to the gulf of mexico, where you can explore the nature at the water, byob (bring your own boat) or rent one just down the road at the marina!
