SPACIOUS ,VERY CLEAN, Non-Smoking, no pets allowed home. A Bright 3 bed room 2 bath Designer Home on the 9th hole of the Sand Hill Golf Course with a beautiful view. Your also minutes away from 29+ nine hole executive golf courses with no green fee if you walk (FREE GOLF or $4 EACH IF YOU DRIVE YOUR CART) and 12+ Country Club Championship Course. The executive courses are challenging par 3's and some par 4's with three sets of tee boxes to please all skill levels.

CONVENIENTLY LOCATED in the Village of St James between Lake Sumter Landing and Brownwood at Paddock Square.
This is where you'll find restaurants, shopping, theaters, FREE live music and dancing every night at each of the three town centers. About 6 miles up the road you'll find the same at the original town of Spanish Springs
Around the corner from you is three of the 40+ Neighborhood Pools and a Recreation Center. A family pool, an adult pool and a sports pool. The recreation centers have all the equipment so you can enjoy playing, tennis, pickle ball, bocce ball, shuffle board, horseshoes and pool tables.

We had a great stay and thoroughly enjoyed the home! The kitchen was well-stocked with everything that you need and the home was clean and in great condition. The location is great to many of the squares and it was nice to have the golf course behind the home for nice views. We would stay here again!

A lovely home, great view of ninth hole! Such comfortable furnishings. Location perfect, near adult pool and also Rec. center. The resident ID cards and golf cart were extra but so worth it! Would I stay again, most definitely! A big thank you to our wonderful hosts!

Slice of heaven

Nice neighborhood, nice house, but if you want to use the internet on the Lanai, you have to purchase a WiFi Booster to get the signal to the Lanai. The owners are nice and eager to fix or help with anything you need. We enjoyed out stay
